Every device is physically inspected upon arrival and evaluated according to the condition guidelines that are published on our website before a trade-in is submitted. For a device to qualify as Flawless condition, it must: * Look new with no signs of use. * Have no scratches, scuffs, or any other cosmetic imperfections visible to the naked eye. * Appear as if it just came out of its original packaging. If our inspection finds visible scratches or other cosmetic wear, the device no longer meets the Flawless standard and is regraded accordingly. This is not unique to your device—every trade-in is graded using the same published criteria. If you disagree with the evaluation, we always offer the option to have your device returned at no charge rather than requiring you to accept the revised offer. We strive to make our grading process transparent and consistent for every customer.

Dorothy, We take accusations like this very seriously, which is why it's important to clarify the facts. Your payment was sent to the PayPal account you selected during checkout. PayPal rejected the payment because your account had been closed and returned the funds to us. This was outside of our control, and in your emails to us you acknowledged that the PayPal issue was not our fault. You state that we "ripped you off," but that is simply not true. We never kept both your phone and your money. As soon as we became aware that PayPal had returned the funds, we agreed to issue a paper check to the mailing address you provided. You also claim that we threatened not to pay you unless you removed your review. That did not happen. Your payment is being reissued regardless of your review. We only asked that, once the matter is resolved, you consider updating your review to reflect the complete facts. We understand that the delay in communication was frustrating, and we regret that your emails were not seen sooner. However, that does not change the fact that your original payment was sent promptly, was returned by PayPal due to your account status, and that we are now sending your payment by check. We remain committed to completing your payment and resolving this matter.
