I shipped my iPhone to SecondHandCell and tracking confirmed it was delivered on July 14. It has now been 10 days, well past their promised payout timeframe. I have sent multiple follow-up emails regarding my order with zero response. At this point, they have my phone and I have no payment and no communication. I need an immediate update on my inspection status and payout, or the device returned to me immediately. I would steer clear of this company, I sent other electronics to other companies like this one at the same time and they have already completed payout, except this company.

I purchased a iPhone 16 online and wanted to get a little money for my old 14 to offset the cost. We were given directions by AT&T on how to clear the phone before selling, and we spent hours working to accomplish this. I contacted Second Hand Cell online to sell my iPhone 14. They made me an offer of $194, and I agreed. They emailed a prepaid mailing label. I packed the phone securely in a small box, taped the whole box and mailed it physically at a local Post Office. About a week later, I get an email addressed to another person telling them that their box was empty upon receipt. I emailed them back to tell them that I was not the person who got the email. The next day, I get an email saying there was a mix-up……… but my order arrived in an empty box, also. They said they filmed opening the box for proof it was empty. They offered to help me file a claim with USPS. They have notified me that they have filed a claim, but I don’t know if the claim will cover the offer. I will edit this review after receiving any money. I did learn to buy extra insurance on anything mailed through USPS.

I have used second hand cell a couple times now, and i am satisfied with the service and customer service provided. This last order, the tech ran into an issue, and quickly emailed me to resolve the issue. It was an annoying fix (had to call tmobile) but the techs were very helpful when issues arised. The process was easy and painless for the most part

The process was simple. They sent me the label and I sent off my cell phone. I was paid what I was offered from the start shortly after they received it. And the price they paid was almost double with the cell phone company was going to give me.

Easy to work with and fair offer. Quick payment after phone received by them.

Do not use SecondHandCell!!!! They are very dishonest. Said my phone camera was not working and did not have oem parts. Phone bought brand new from Apple. Camera working fine when sent in.

scammers - will keep your device say they are sending you a check but you won’t get it - they gaslight and lie as you can see in other reviews.. go with any other company of sellcell -
