Seating mind is scamming their customers. It is very poorly managed. Jacob cannot begin to competently write business correspondence, it is terrible. They continued to delay shipment of our order. I discovered seating mind has 19 complaints with the Better Business Bureau, which is terrible as well. Their reviews are terrible. I requested a cancellation of our order, which they refused. I demanded the cancellation, stating I would contact PayPal, so they agreed. They only issued a partial refund and refused to give us a full refund. I had to file a dispute with PayPal to get the full refund, which we received.

I ordered a Herman Miller Aeron, and the folks at Seating Mind were quick to respond to inquiries, and when I told them I needed to cancel my order due to changes in my situation, they refunded the money the next day, in full, no questions asked. Ordered my product from their website. Product is legit and works fine, but many oddities. 1. Product came in covered in dust? 2. Yellow goop on the armchair??? 3. No instruction manuals included. Came in partially assembled, which is convenient, but strange. 4. Product features include a tilt-lock mechanism. Did not come with the product. 5. In emailing their customer support, I received a response for a request for photos of the product. They literally said "can u send me pix?" Now I know how strange it is to be a female on the internet and some hormonal guy wants to see what you look like. Still in the process of getting assistance with the tilt-lock. Even if I get the tilt-lock, I'm going to avoid this business like the plague. Weird, weird, weird.

Ordered a chair from them. When I log into their website the item indicates, "shipped". Their system auto generated a FedEx a tracking number that cannot be found in the FedEx system. I have sent them three communications, two via the form on the Website and one via email. The first communication was sent over a week ago. The second one was sent on Monday of last week. To date, I have not gotten a response. Additionally, I have tried to call them and I get, "please enter an extension number". Before you buy from this company check out the BBB ratings. The BBB rates them as an "F". I should have done my due diligence before purchasing. So very disappointing. I have a feeling that I have lost my money. 4/20/20: I just received an email from Seatingmind indicating that I should have my product next week. Once I receive the product I will update this posting and provide a higher rating.

Order ID 21498. I'm waiting for feedback for an order I just placed. I'll change my review once i get the feedback. Hopefully no cancellation fees, fingers crossed. Update: Order was cancelled and refund initiate within the committed 48 hours. Good service.

Absolutely avoid this company. Placed an order for a New home office chair on March 27. Received confirmation email that day verifying the correct chair and the additional Rollerblade Casters. Tracking information immediately showed that label had been printed and showed a delivery date about a week out. Received a Feedback request on the order on March 29 for ShopperApproved. Filled that out on April 6 asking where is my chair. Response told me to email orders at Seatingmind dot com to get help. Emailed them noting I have placed order 10 days ago and asking when I would get my chair. I was copied on an email asking "Abe" to check on the order and advise. Abe advised it would ship soon. Package arrived at FedEx on April 7th. Order received on April 10th. Chair was fully assembled and packed in two boxes taped together since neither box was bid enough on its own. There was no information about the chair at all, no tags, no plastic protective coverings, nothing except some bubble wrap loosely around it. No sign of the casters I paid for either. Contacted company again that day, with details on the missing casters. April 14 I looked underneath to find out why one arm is loose and to look at adjustments and noticed a large piece of the plastic structure underneath is broken off and completely missing. Also noticed that there is a missing screw below the seat on the back. Contacted company again, noted they had not responded to my message 4 days earlier and told them I wanted my money back on the chair since it was obviously not new and not even in good condition. 3 days later and still no responses to my last two contacts. When I get my money back I will never deal with these deceptive people again. Update April 23 - It has been 23 days since I informed Seatingmind (with the order number - 19591) that the casters were not included in the delivery. It has been 19 days since I told them I had discovered the chair was not new, was broken, and that I wanted to return it (again with the order number). Simple mind has taken the time to dispute this review but has still not responded to my contacts from the 10th and the 14th about the missing casters and the fact the chair was broken and not new. I have a copy of the original web page that I ordered from proving the chair was not advertised as used or refurbished. Good thing too because they have since taken that page down. This company is passing off broken used merchandise as new, then refusing to respond to any complaints or return requests Update May 19 2020 - Finally got a FedEx return label via email. Shipped the broken chair back in the original packaging. It was received and signed for 7 days ago according to FedEx Proof of Delivery. I have not received any emails or phone calls from Seatingmind and have not received any refund. I contacted their customer service today asking when I can expect my refund.

Free hair with your chair. During a PANDEMIC! This chair is filthy, has human hair in the wheels and I was not told that I was ordering a refurbished chair. Nothing on my order indicates that the chair I ordered is refurbished. I have emailed Seating Mind and have not heard back. I want to return this chair and get it out of my house as soon as possible. Even as a refurbished chair, the workmanship is shoddy. Bunched up fabric on the seat and visible staples.
