Updated to 3 Stars as I received my chair and it is looks brand new. While it took forever to get my chair, I am still happy with my purchase. Better communication on ETAs would have been appreciated. Over a month since I ordered and still no ETA on when my chair will ship. I got an update that my chair will ship "soon". They charged my credit card over 1 month ago and still this product hasn't shipped. Most reputable companies charge on shipment, not over 1 month beforehand. I will give them 1 more week actually ship this product but once we are at 6+ weeks after ordering, which is beyond the 4 weeks they informed me they needed due to "Covid" I will be contacting my credit card company and getting a refund.

Only a *SCAM* company will only accept paypal. A regular company will handle real credit cards who will refund you immediately in cases of SCAM. Just a very nicely designed website

Ordered chair on May 9. June 26. No chair, no email. Reply from company on June 29. "We did send an email on June 29." I stand by my title, terrible service. You billed my card on May 9, you sent no communications till the end of June, almost 2 months and that was only after I enquired and posted this poor review. Your reply to this review speaks exactly to the terrible customer service attitude that allows you to take my money for almost 2 months and go completely dark. There are other places to buy Herman Miller chairs. You guys doubled down on poor service.

UPDATE: 07/08 still no refund, seller is unwilling to refund the 400 dollars I paid for the chair. Not responding to disputes filed officially. I also filed on BBB since this is a straight-up scam at the moment. Close to two weeks after shipment received and raised it to the seller, still no refund. 06/24 Received a heavily used Knoll chair, with broken wheels, also both arms were scratched, loose, and oily. There is nothing refurbished in the chair, you received a used chair without any look at it. #dissapointed

Seller lied repeatedly about when the chair would be sent. I ordered it SEVEN WEEKS ago, and it's still not been sent. Ghosted me when I tried to get a straight answer on when it would be sent. Then tried to pressure me to cancel the PayPal disputed payment process, before they would cancel the order.

I hope the refurbished Steelcase Leap Chair V2 I ordered will be as great as the shopping experience with Seatingmind.com. The great reviews gave me confidence to go for it!

Order number 45406. I ordered my chair and my credit card was charged on May 10th. FedEx has been sending daily text messages saying that the delivery will be made "today." I don't know if this is a FedEx issue or a Seatingmind issue, but what I do know is that although I have requested repeatedly that someone call me about this, I just keep getting the same message with the fraudulent tracking number. I would like someone to phone me as soon as possible. Your customer service is not responsive. I have emailed several times and you keep responding with a FedEx number that doesn't work. UPDATE: A chair arrived that was torn, marked up and very dirty. There is no way that this is a new item. At this point, I would say this is fraud because what they advertised and sold to me was a new chair. This used chair arrived in a box without any packing material to protect it and no shipping or billing receipt. I would avoid purchasing from this site at all costs.

BE AWARE, this company is a SCAM! Cancelled my order and still waiting for my refund, they don't answer my messages. Going to have to find way to get my money back.
