I have been wanting an Aeros Drafting Chair for my wife for years. I have had a regular Aeros Chair for over 20 years. I had to have it re-worked after 15 years of service, thus it's been "refurbished." When I received it back it was like a brand new chair. I saw the refurbished drafting chair on the Seatingmind website. It had better pricing than any other sites I've seen, so I figured it has to be similar to my refurbished chair situation. Although I haven't yet received the chair, I have high hopes because Seatingmind has communicated well with me throughout my ordering experience. Well done! Thank you so much!

Why I didn't see this website before I ordered the chair? I've been waiting for the chair for 3 weeks. I even didn't get the Fedex tracking number. Can you just refund me? I can't stand it anymore.

Customer service is non existent. Reached out twice, 1 time got a very vague answer which was no help at all. The second time no answer (email or phone call) Purchased on July 30th, August 20th item is still 'processing."

The website was easy to navigate. In particular I found the information about different Herman Miller chair sizes to be simple to access as well as very helpful in sizing the purchase. The prices were also reasonable for refurbished items.

Total scam. Never shipped the product, no response from customer support. If you try to call, one voicemail box is completely full and the other will not get you a response.

This is the 3rd purchase from Seatingmind. They are the best source for purchasing used Herman Miller office chairs. (We now have 8 of them). The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is easy. We wouldn't buy from anyone else.
