I was looking for a Herman Miller chair & googled for it. Seatingmind.com popped up. Since I already have HM Celle chairs, the Mirra on sale looked attractive. However, product description in the site was insufficiently descriptive for people unfamiliar w/ the product. I had to go to Herman Miller website to get comfortable w/ the product features. If you're not going to provide a comprehensive description, then provide a link to the manufacturer's website for more product details. Will have to see how the Mirra stacks up against the Celle, which is a truly good ergonomic chair, unlike many cheaper "ergonomic" chairs.

Order number: 49822 Seating Mind is acting like they do not want to refund my money! We ordered a chair from Seating Mind at the end of June and after weeks of waiting for the chair, we decided to purchase another one. I canceled the order this week. I had purchased the Seating Mind chair through Pay Pal and asked them to credit my account. After reading numerous complaints about problems with Seating Mind issuing refunds, I contacted Pay Pal and put the charge in dispute. I received an email today wanting me to cancel the dispute and then contact them. Why can't they just refund the money? I looked up Pay Pal's rules on disputes and you can't reopen a dispute if you close it. Really, I feel like I am being scammed. Why would a company keep your money if you don't have the item you ordered? Hopefully, they will refund our money. That is how it is supposed to work!

It doesn't make sense to ask for a review before i receive the chair. It hasn't even been shipped yet. How can i review the chair, or even the service when i haven't received the service yet. Ship the chair, wait a month, and then ask for a review.

Probably be a good idea for you guys to process my order and at least let me know it’s on the way before asking how you did. So far seems it’s been about 48 hours but no mention of actually sending and completing my order in a timely manner for me to be confident I’m getting the minimum service advertised and expected.

You don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. How do you change, cancel an order. I need a chair and it’s been a long time. Is this a real company? I’m just about ready to call the credit card company and get my money back. One more thing, you shouldn’t charge the credit card until the product ships. I’ve paid for a chair I don’t know if I’ll ever see.

Price is good but shipping takes way longer than desired.
