It is really hard to get communication in order status after order is placed. The website says 10-14 day and I am on the 10th day with no status update and very slow response to email. I sent an email last week to request status and has to follow up begging for a response with an email that simply offered a quicker ship time for $299, not happy at all!

Automated communication - unclear. They wanted this rating 2 days after the order. 15 days later I had an email saying the order was being prepped for shipping... today...August 26th...two more weeks- I received an automated tracking number showing it finally shipped. There was never a notice saying delays due to Covid. No communication about the true timeline. Great chairs-great prices - but let’s get real. Be transparent with customers and set expectations. A month to ship... doesn’t work in an amazon world. (***^Seeing their reply- their banner says verbatim: We are fully operational and shipping as fast as we can...” It says nothing about delays. It does ask for patience responding to emails.) Words matter- fully operational- does not say -delay.

The shopping experience at seatingmind.com is very good! Easy to navigate with plenty of detail about the product. I will submit a subsequent review once I receive the product. So far so good !

Great discount price on products! Cannot get any better on this. Also, offer a lot of choices for me to choose from.

Do not order anything from this company. Ordered in the beginning of June. Didn't receive a FedEx tracking number until July 27th. FedEx reported a delivery on August 4th, but I have footage for the whole day showing that FedEx never stopped at my house. Upon opening a claim with FedEx, it was stated that the package was delivered "at the correct address". Update: Despite what seatingmind said below, there was no resolution to this. I am now having to deal with the credit card company about this.

The ordering experience on line was fine. What is not fine is the lack of transparency on how long deliveries will take to fulfill. I ordered my chair on the 28th of July, and its almost the end of august and I have yet to get an ETA on delivery or even completion of order. As a point of comparison, I ordered a desk from Upliftdesks the same day. Was told the desk was backordered, was given an ETA on fulfillment and shipment, and everything was delivered as expected. Your lack of transparency regarding fulfillment of orders is what is most frustrating and disappointing. I may just cancel my order and go find another source for refurbished chairs.

This is my second order from Seatingmind. Now that I understand how the site works better, I was quickly able to find what I wanted and complete the order.

I placed an order and the product was NEVER received and to top it off, SeatingMind provided my credit company delivery information which showed the product was shipped and delivered BEFORE I even ordered it. This company is absolutely fraudulent. They will not refund. I wish I read the BBB company reviews before ordering. Do NOT order!!
