HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... like several other reviews, my chair arrived used and broken!!!!!!! it won't adjust. What the heck?! I paid a ton of money ($719) for this and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Now they won't call me back. These guys should be out of business. How is Miller Heiman letting these people sell their chairs? My chair won't adjust in height and the parts were disconnected when I got it. I'm very much considering getting an attorney to get my money back. This is unbelievable. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

UPDATE: On my receipt it says purchase of BRAND NEW CHAIR! Then you tell me that it is a refurbished chair. I will not soften my language -- you need to be put out of business you are very very deceptive. I have contacted all the companies that you state you sell their products. I am also going to contact the Department of Commerce in the State of New Jersey as fraudulent advertising is against the law. Customer Service took three days to respond to voicemails and to emails, therefore, my only conclusion is they do not care about their customers. Moreover, I called Herman Miller to see if they could help me. Seatingmind.com is NOT an authorized Herman Miller dealer so should NOT be selling their products. I paid full price not refurbished price for this chair as the advertisement is very misleading. You charged me $1100! Also, if you check the Better Business Bureau your rating is 1.47/5.0, similar complaints as mine. Other review sites also show low ratings. If you had responded in a timely manner, I would not be on this site posting a complaint.

Edited: They provided an old, "refurbished" used chair that had parts that were from 2009. The hydraulic support was broken. They refused to respond when I requested a refund. They eventually responded after I posted the review and offered to replace the broken part. Instead I asked to return the product for a refund and they did provide the refund.

I ordered a Herman Miller refurbished Aeron chair WITH Posturefit from Seatingmind.com on Oct. 6th 2021. This chair was delivered on Sunday Oct 24th 2021. Upon receiving the chair, I realized the Posturefit was missing from the chair. I contacted Seatingmind.com via their support email the same day (Sunday 10/24/2021). I received an email from Lenna in their Customer Service department the following Monday (10/25/2021) at 5:30AM. She requested pictures to show which piece was missing. I sent these pictures approx. 4 hours, after they were requested at 9AM. I have yet to hear back in regards to my Posturefit. I left a message on their Customer Service phone number on Wednesday 10/27/2021, no response back. I sent another email on Friday 10/28/2021 letting them know this was my third time reaching out and I have yet to hear back from my initial complaint. Still no response. It is now 11/1/2021, nearly a full month after my initial order was placed and I have yet to receive my PosturfFit piece nor an email back communicating how we can rectify the issue. I will update this if it is fixed, but I'm beginning to believe that I was thrown a bait and switch.

I purchased the PostureFit chair in black and received it with no parts to mount the back of the chair. For $699 plus tax, I am totally dissatisfied. I have sent 3 emails and left several calls over 3 days and no one has responded, although the call says they work around the clock. I actually was hoping to return this one and choosing a better style, fully loaded model, but now I am skeptical and feel I am being scammed. Received a response yesterday asking for a photo. I am now waiting to see how they will resolve this issue. Hoping I return it and either get a refund or an exchange. I will keep you posted.

I have been trying to return a defective chair for weeks now. They offered to send a "replacement part" instead of letting me return it for free. This was an expensive chair and I just want to return it and get my money refunded, even though I'll have to pay a restocking fee. They're telling me their shipping return information isn't reaching me even though their correspondence is! I've also given them an alternative email address and nothing has materialized. Update: I have finally received a return label and will ship the chair back. I will update this review once/if I get a refund.

I purchased a $699 Herman Miller chair on the seating mind website on 9/13/21. The site said the product would arrive in about 5 days. Almost 2 weeks later my product had yet to ship. When it finally arrived, what I received was not what I thought I purchased. The web site had multiple pictures of the chair I intended to purchase and the site clearly says that there is a lumbar height adjustment on the chair. The chair I received is not what was shown on the website. This was a clear bait and switch. The pattern on the chair I received is totally different. There is no way to adjust the lumbar support to make it higher as the website indicated. I tried to reach out to the company, but the phone number provided on the website is never answered by a human. I emailed the company asking to return the chair and there was no resolution offered. I was told that I received what I bought but this is clearly not the case. I pointed out the bait and switch and did not receive a reply from the company. Unfortunately after my purchase I found that there are several reviews online where people have encountered the same type of issues. Just check out the BBB or Yelp. This company should not be allowed to bait and switch people like this. I have notified my credit card company to dispute the transaction and have submitted a complaint to the NJ attorney general. If I were you, I'd stay far far away.

Ordered a chair 10 days ago. Still not shipped. No way to reach customer service other than email. Cannot cancel the order on the website. Dreadful outdated experience.
