I ordered a light travel jacket but it turned out that I had no need for it at the time it arrived. Quality was immaculate but still I decided to return the product. Cutomer service was quick and clear on instructions. I sent the package to HK and had refund. Excellent and polite service.

The products are very nice (I still need to test them on trails and sweaty situations) but what really struck me was the full customer experience (packaging, information and support). I had a minor issue with one of my items and they were impressively fast to reply and solve the issue. I'll surely recommend them to anybody.

Horrible customer service. Just awful. The products themselves are amazing, but unfortunately couldn’t keep what I wanted due to mail delivery issues. The customer service has tainted my experience and I no longer want any of their products. They refused to reply to me half the time and then offered no support when they did reply. I will likely be filing a dispute with my credit card as seadon has not issued a full refund for items that I never even received!! Tracking clearly shows the items were never delivered to me and were immediately sent back to sender. There is no way that I could have kept and received an item was never delivered to me, yet they are insisting on charging me. I have sent tracking information and credit card statements to show that an item I did not receive is in fact still being charged to me. And then I don’t receive a response. After I explained that I will file a dispute, I received a response a couple days later saying that they would look into it. They should have looked into it the first time I emailed, not the fifth. THEN for a package I did receive, the items unfortunately did not fit my boyfriend so I needed to return them. I emailed them asking for a label (per their return policy) and received no response. I had chosen these products to be my boyfriend’s bday gift, and instead have only come away with frustration and quite possibly the worst customer experience I have ever received. I reached out to another email address I found for the company, but did not receive a response, again. There is no number to call and cannot find anyone else to help me within the company. I will never recommend this company due to the horrible treatment. Edited to respond: We both know that I sent you and your staff the tracking info that shows that the items were never received by me and we instead returned to sender. If you didn’t trust my screenshots, a simple search using the tracking number on the USPS website would have shown this. Yes, you did give a partial refund for the item, but did not refund me $9 for shipping even though my order was above the $60 mark. So the refund didn’t even comply with company policy as stated on your website. We both also know that there were multiple issues and repeatedly the customer service team did not respond to me. It wasn’t only that they needed to check the warehouse during those couple days. This spanned weeks. I tried to communicate with your team multiple times and I’ve sent you records of all of that. I did not want to file disputes because that would have cost you more money, but I don’t think that was appreciated and I was just seen as a problem customer. However, the whole ordeal was so stressful and so difficult I think a dispute would’ve been easier for me.

Love the product, so nice to have a comfortable shirt that fits well, doesn’t smell after 1 day and it wool without being hot or itchy. Love the colours too!

I discovered this amazing company on YouTube. Unfortunately they are not set up to deliver worldwide so could not fulfill my order and as soon as they received payment notified me of the dilemma and processed a full refund. That is class!

Purchased daymaker, trailblazer, and travelers shirts in short sleeve and long. The travelers shirts are high quality, well fitting, soft merino, with a beatiful hand and drape. they dont smell at all after wearing them for a week straight and hanging to air out. Cant wait for more colors. The trailblazer T's are super light weight and breathable and almost feel cool to the touch, great for super hot days in the sun on the trail. The daymaker shirts were soft and high quality, but the fit was a hair snug for me even after sizing up to an XL, (im usually in between a L and XL) and they lacked a little stretch. They sent me one of the daymaker shirts in the wrong size, but the return process was easy and I was promptly refunded. It feels great to order from a smaller company who cares about the environment, and producing high quality apparel, and not just turning the highest profits possible at all costs.

There are plenty of outdoor clothing brands to choose from. Honestly, most of the clothing out there will work for our active outdoor lifestyle. But, I think it's time to look past the flashy marketing, the fast fashion, and support the brands that not only make functional clothing but also do it in a way that prioritizes the protection of people and the planet. Seadon does just that. We're not just stoked to have high quality performance clothing, we are stoked to support a brand that shares our LOVE for the outdoors AND our LOVE for the planet.

I just got back from three weeks in Portugal where I did some city sightseeing before walking the Fisherman's Trail (Rota Vicentina coastal route). A couple of those days was like walking on a beach for 20 km up and down hill. Anyway, I wore Seadon's Helios hiking pants with drawcords on the bottom of the pants legs cinched down over my boots and I didn't have so much as a single grain of sand in my boots on a multi-day hike. They dried quickly if they got wet and were a perfect weight for ever changing temperatures in the sun and wind. I'm beyond impressed with them.
