I had been eyeing a dresser for awhile, waiting for it to go on sale. I found a great price on the dresser on a different site. I contacted Scout and Nimble for a price match and they did! I would prefer to give my support to a small business. Diana in customer service has been impeccable, and hard to find, so bravo to Scout and Nimble. The dresser is on backorder for 5-7 weeks so the rest of my review will come after purchase and shipment comes.

Excellent Service
I ordered 2 chairs that ended up getting lost by the last mile shipper. I called Scout & Nimble and Diana jumped all over it. She had the chairs re-ordered at no expense to me and kept in touch through each stage of the process until she had confirmed the chairs were delivered successfully. She was a joy to work with - so friendly, responsive and on top of things. And I love the chairs!

I have only made a couple of purchases…
I have only made a couple of purchases with Scout and Nimble but I am happy to give them kudos for outstanding customer service. They are very quick to respond and follow up, too. Diana Harris, this one is for you!

I gave them 2 stars because I did…
I gave them 2 stars because I did receive the rug as ordered the end of April. What I also received, over a month later was a phone call looking for payment for the already delivered rug. I paid for the rug or it would have never been delivered. I did not receive an email explaining their inability to capture payment because too much time had lapsed on their end, unbeknownst to me, but rather a voice on the other end of the phone asking for credit card information looking for payment for the rug I had paid for, and received. As an on line purchaser I have never had anything delivered that I had not paid for at the time of purchase. I felt like I was being scammed by this company and will not be doing any future business with them. Buyer beware.

Hello Peggy, I do apologize for any inconvenience with your payment situation. Like most e-commerce companies, we do not save your credit card on file in our system and we only pre-authorize your credit card at the time of your purchase. When your order ships out, our system automatically captures that pre-authorized payment. However, in the case of your order, the attempt to capture the payment by our system had failed for one reason or another. We do not let situations like this hold up the delivery of our customers orders and in your case it appears that we didn't catch it until after you received your item.
Situations like this are not very common, but they do happen from time to time, and at no fault of either party. This can occur for a multitude of reasons. The card could have expired between the authorization and capture period, your card could have been stolen and canceled between the time of authorization and capture period, or the most common occurrence would be that your card company simply released the authorization and therefore the payment was no longer valid at the time that we attempted to capture payment.
Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience regarding this situation. Please contact our customer care team at (833)857-2062 between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm CST to submit payment on your order.
Thanks!
Sam

Received a package that wasn't packed…
Received a package that wasn't packed well and came in damaged. Email customer service with photos and Diana was able to get me a discount and followed up on her own to make sure it was taken care of. I wish more companies operated this well. Thanks!

NOT AS ADVERTISED
NOT AS ADVERTISED. The customer service was mixed. When our lighting package arrived it was clearly marked "Reshipper" and it was clear when we opened the top of the box that the item had some serious damage to the packaging. Not a sight to inspire confidence in a product!!! My clients were nervous about the installation of a product in a clearly damaged package and I don't blame them for refusing the product. Scout and Nimble was not the supplier. Regina Andrew is the supplier and advertised this product without mentioning that the product would be a repackaged item. As Scout and Nimble is the seller, they are responsible for the $141.50 we were forced to forfeit for the return of this product. The reason I am giving two stars is because I found Diana Harris to be communicative and prompt. To be fair, my client's refund was honored minus the shipping and handling at $141.50.

Scout and Nimble replied within and hour and two days later followed up by refunding me the shipping and handling fees. Just added a star! Faith restored!

Hello Dylan, I am truly sorry to hear of that experience. We only sell new items, and if the item was sent to you as a repackaged item by the supplier, we would definitely waive any return charges. Do you happen to have an image of the box where it stated "Repackaged" on the box? If so, please send that image to [email protected]. We haven't experienced this issue with Regina Andrew in the past, but we have run into cases where the delivery companies have damaged items in transit, and subsequently opened them up to inspect the products prior to delivery. Nonetheless, we will definitely take a look at this again for you.
Thanks!

Absolutely Terrible
Don’t do it. Just don’t. Real reviews don’t sound anything like the “positive” ones they have. When almost all of their reviews talk about how “amazing” customer service was it should be pretty obvious they have pretty severe problems with customer service and are just trying to cover it up. I had all the same issues with this companies service as the other actual real reviewers. Both pieces I ordered were “solid wood” console tables. Together over a thousand dollars. Both pieces are VERY cheaply made and I’ve got to assume they would also consider balsa wood “solid wood”. Their prices are definitely much higher than other places and I only ordered more out of desperation to get two pieces that would fit the space. Never received a confirmation email of the order. Had to call customer service several times just to get the order confirmed. Ps the “24/7 customer service” is just a third party customer service agency that basically can’t tell you anything and is no help. Anyways, items didn’t arrive until 3 or 4 weeks after I ordered, on separate days and agin with no emails letting me know anything. I received a phone call from a delivery company saying they’d drop off the last piece in 2 days. Long story short reading the other honest real reviews that state how terrible this company is and then reading their joke of return policy (freight items are NONRETURNABLE and NONREFUNDABLE. My second item came freight and I had no idea this was the case when I ordered. Wether I should have known or not it wasn’t made clear and good companies don’t work like that) so I’m not even going to waste more of my time to call customer service and ask for a refund. They will just run me around or provide some other reason they can’t or that I should have know. I paid around $800 for one of the tables, they just delivered it an hour ago and my wife and I are trying to decide if we could even sell it for $100. That should tell you everything you need to know. I’d hate for more people to make the same expensive mistake I did. So again, just don’t do it!
*** In response to your reply below...
As I mentioned, I never received an email confirmation from your company so I do not have an order ID#. The only email I received in regards to this order was a confirmation email from PayPal of the charges to you for the pieces. I added my email to this review as required by every reviewer. You should have access to this. If you’re still unable to get ahold of me please tell me how you’d like to proceed.
*** There is nothing wrong with my server. Depending on when your system updated it correctly (because again I had issues with even the initial placement of the order and called customer service) the order was placed sometime between June 4th and the 6th for $1,197.50.

Hello Scott, I'm sorry to see that this was your experience with your order. Do you happen to have an order number or email address tied to your order that you can send me to look up your order for you and see if I can't address any of your concerns?
Updated:
Unfortunately Trustpilot is a 3rd party review company that uses your email address for themselves to verify that you are an authentic customer. They do not share that information with us and only display your name for us. This ensures that all of our reviews, good or bad, are authentic.
As for the confirmation emails, if you haven't received any at all, there is a very good chance that your email server is either blocking the emails or filtering them into your junk mail folder. Have you checked in your junk mail for communication from us? Copies of all customer communication is stored on our server so we can resend anything that is rejected or blocked in cases where the incoming server blocks the email or in the rare case that a customer enters an invalid email address while placing their order. If you're unable to find the email communications from us, then we can also look the order up by last name, email address, exact dollar amount of the order, or date that the order was placed.
Updated:
I found the order and see the issue. When you placed your order, you put ".con" at the end of your email address instead of ".com". I am correcting it in our system now and resending you the confirmation email now. I will also reach out to you hear shortly to address your other concerns.
