What a bunch of dopes. What a debacle. What a dismal shopping experience. The website indicated multiple chairs in stock. I called to confirm before I placed my order. The reality is they had no stock and informed me two weeks later about it. I would have purchased from a known source if not for the deceptive site. To add insult to injury, now I had to either cancel or wait a couple of months for the slow boat from China to bring in this Hooker chair. Once in stock, it took a whole month to truck it to my home. Multiple calls and emails failed to provide timely status. Only after a full month from being charged did I file a credit card dispute and miraculously, on the same day, did my chair get delivered.

Great customer service to get a replacement for a manufacturer issue with a dining chair. Diana went above and beyond to help us.

I had ordered a rug, that was beautiful online and in person, but not quite the right look I was hoping for. I put in for the return request to Customer Service and they went above and beyond to keep me informed! I even received a subsequent email saying they heard from the rug company and would be processing the refund. During these times of online shopping, this has been exceptional Customer Service and I will be back to shop for more!

We had a protracted problem involving a piece of furniture that twice came in damaged over seven months of waiting. Although we're not happy with the particular furniture vendor, Diana in customer service turned what could have been a terrible experience into a much better outcome with her caring and thoughtful help. She was always available and did everything she could toward helping us remain happy customers. Dianna Harris is First Rate Stuff.

I had questions about several products and shipping and the representative I spoke with was very helpful. I was able to get someone knowledgeable on the phone immediately which is a big plus these days.

I just started my trade account with Scout & Nimble and I am so happy with the customer service so far. One of the items in my order shipped before I anticipated and I needed them to hold off shipping so I called and they were able to work with me to hold the product for shipping at a later date. I cannot wait to continue working with Scout & Nimble. Also want to comment on their pricing- much better than some of their competition. Really excited about this company!
