We had a set of chairs we ordered that were not the correct color. I called customer service and Claire helped me right away. She was always contacting her rep to making the situation right. She responded right away and I felt she always had my best interest. Claire Nichols did everything to fix the situation. What I love about scout and nimble, is that when I call I never have to wait on hold longer than 2 minutes and I always am able to ask for Claire. She has been wonderful! And because of her I will buy from them again!

Ordered a desk and 4 chairs from S&N and had really excellent experiences both times. Really excellent customer service that helped me sort out a manufacturing issue with the chairs swiftly. I have found their prices to be the best hands down and you can’t beat the customer service here. Don’t hesitate to order from them!

I was a little hesitant to place my first order at S&N because of some negative reviews. However, I have to give them a five-star rating for price, expediency and efficiency of dispatching order and delivery.

Claire Nichols is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG, she is awesome and helped me with the purchase of my bench for my bedroom. I had so many questions and she was patient and kind. Also, your website is the best as well and I got my bench for basically half of what Neiman Marcus, Horchow, and their other affiliates were wanting PLUS FREE SHIPPING!!!!!! Now I am following you guys on INSTA!!! ughhhh..dangerous for me! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Ordered the Hudson coffee table by Four Hands which arrived damaged (but did arrive within the time frame estimated). I wrote Customer Service Friday afternoon, and they responded inside of an hour. It's now Monday afternoon and we already have a refund worked out. It was painless, and I'm happy with the resolution. When I wrote that first email, I assumed this would be a multi-week battle, based on past experience with other companies. I was pleasantly surprised. All companies should strive to offer the kind of easy help that I experienced. Worked with Diana, and she was great - helpful, friendly, and worked with me to figure out the best resolution. Would definitely shop with S&N again (especially since now I need a chair to go with the table!) Thank you!

There was a hitch in the delivery of my items but the folks here were great in communicating. Very responsive. There will often be mistakes but how companies deal with those shows their true ability to serve customers. Thanks!

Kianna at S & N did a terrific job helping me track down an item that was lost at the transport warehouse. She was friendly, professional, and determined and responded to my concerns promptly. As demonstrated by her actions, this is a company that cares about its customers!
