I bought the River Bookshelf Toasted Acacia and couldn't be more pleased with it! A small piece was missing on the legs upon delivery. I reached out to Customer Support about the missing piece and before I knew it, received the requested part no questions asked. Great products AND great service! Would do business again.

I purchased the Moe’s concrete bar table on 03/26/21. At checkout the company informed me the table would be shipped 04/23/21. Well the promised date came and left and I didn’t receive any updates. I emailed the company and left a message with the answering service on 05/03/21 for updates. The company emailed me a nasty response stating they never charged my card and they’re canceling my order. I only wanted to know when the table would be available. This is a complete joke. I received a response. Oh course they couldn’t find me in the system. I made several attempts to send my order number. However, it’s a non reply email. Unbelievable ****update I received a response from management my order was reinstated and I received a discount. Fingers crossed the table will come in July as promised.

We purchased a desk from Scout & Nimble that remained wrapped up until our remodel was finished. When we unwrapped it there were numerous problems with the desk. I contacted Diana, the customer care manager. She was extremely helpful and helped me resolve it right away. A couple weeks later we went to use the desk and the drawers wouldn’t open. I called Diana for suggestions where to get it repaired (our case was closed and she had no obligation to help me resolve) and again she very helpful!! Furniture medic came to repair and we found the drawers were not made properly. I contacted Diana and she contacted the supplier and got everything resolved! The desk is now beautiful and functional! Great experience with both Scout & Nimble and Diana. I would highly recommend!

Order was 4 months delayed. Arrived damaged this week.

I am still waiting for my table to be delivered. I am having to call and email for updates. Still, no table.

Worst experience I’ve ever had from start to finish.

Im besides myself. I ordered a piece of furniture September of 2020 that was on back order until end of January/early feb. I called in March, nope it will be in stock end of March. I called beginning of April, they said it’s in stock and will be shipping in a week so I can expect it in 3 weeks to arrive. Didn’t receive an email about it so I called back today. They told me it’s not in stock and will be in stock in May. Not even delivered in May, in stock! The response was, “I don’t know who you spoke to but they were wrong, do you want me to cancel your order.” I would have bought something different last year had I known I couldn’t trust them. Too late now I’m already 9 months invested in this. Where’s your skin in the game scout & nimble? How many bad reviews does it take for you to get your act together?
