I actually bought the navy round charcuterie board. It is LOVELY and the perfect addition to my kitchen island. I tried unsuccessfully to buy it from a competitor... Caitlin Wilson. They had horrible customer service and I ordered it in February and still hadn't received it by May! I had to keep emailing them to figure out that they were just not able to fulfill my order! I ordered it from Scout and Nimble and received it when promised. WELL DONE!!!

I was very excited to receive the sideboard we ordered on back order several months ago expecting to receive it in mid April. When mid April rolled around and we had no word I contacted Scout and Nimble to check the status and we were told it just so happened to ship the day we called- wonderful news! We were then told to expect it to arrive the first week of May. This still did not happen. I called back and was told they would need to check the status, and was then emailed back the next day to be told that it had arrived in my area to the distribution center and I should be contacted by the end of that week (last week) to get it delivered. Another week has now passed. I checked in again, this time to be told that they didn’t know when I would be receiving it, that they were busy, and I would just have to wait. This is completely unsatisfactory. The correspondence up until yesterday was at least professional- this last email was far from it and was incredibly dismissive. When I spend $1600 on a piece of furniture and it’s over a month past the time I was told I would receive it i don’t expect to be treated as an inconvenience for asking where it is each time I’m promised a new date and it passes without any contact whatsoever about getting it delivered. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Scout and Nimble. This was my first time ordering from them and likely my last. I don’t mind a delay- to a point- what I do mind is a lack of communication about it, then to be dismissed and given no concrete information at all.

I love the table looks great with my furniture. The table was delayed but was told it would come later but to my surprised came earlier than the expected delivery date . Thank you

I ordered a night stand back in early March and finally received on May 18. I called customer service 3x and never got a call back. I finally spoke to a person and she said item was back ordered and would be in 2 months. The item was delivered in a box and delivery company would not take it upstairs or open package to see if damaged! I got item after 2 months and was damaged. Do not buy from this company as they have horrible customer service

Absolutely loved my entire experience with Scout & Nimble! The customer service is outstanding. The white glove delivery service was top-notch. And most importantly, my new sofa is so beautiful! Thank you for everything!

I had ordered a pillow during Covid and of course it was delayed. I spoke to Page to help me out with the order and she was amazing! She promised she'd check it out and she followed up and got back to me in a most timely way. I received my new pillow this week and I'm so happy with it. It's a large pillow so it makes a huge difference on my couch. Great customer service!

The customer service was really excellent. My items were on backorder and they made sure to check in with me every step of the way to give me status reports and when the item was shipped and if it arrived. I appreciate this!

Amazing customer service! I received an email from this vendor regarding a small flaw (hidden, did not affect function) that was discovered in the table I ordered when it arrived at the local distributer with explanation, photos, and an offer of a 10% discount if I chose to accept. When I called to discuss they were very friendly and responsive. This is the definition of proactive problem solving with the goal of satisfying the customer! Table is pending delivery so can't comment on it yet, but I definitely give this customer service experience 5 stars!
