They delivered the wrong chair however once I called they found the correct chair and delivered it in a timely manner. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Love my new chair!

While the customer service (Diana) was *amazing* we were very disappointed with the product. Twice we received a damaged coffee table - very poor quality control as the table was clearly damaged before it was packaged and shipped. On top of that we waited nearly a year for both deliveries and now have no table. I will give 5 stars for service, 0 stars for product.

We ordered product in November and just received it at the end of May. Covid is your likely excuse, but I call that pretty bad customer service.

Delivery experience was terrible. No communication. Delays. And then a damaged product once assembled.

I love the chair I ordered from Scout and Nimble. It it beautiful and arrived in advance of the estimated shipping date.

I had a piece of furniture that was not assembled properly and had damage to one of the items. Diana went above and beyond to help resolve this issue. Not only was she polite, she offered multiple solutions and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I wish all customer care managers were as wonderful as Diana. Overall experience was superb!

I love my table, but man the back order took like four months.

My item came damaged upon arrival and Diana from Customer Service was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process of refunding a percentage of the total cost! So nice working with her!
