We were specifically looking for Moe’s Collection chairs to go with a table we recently purchased. Scout and Nimble offered a chair that we had viewed on several sites but their price was so much better. We were so happy that shipping was free since this was a large order. The chairs got to our home quickly and the packaging was excellent. And we love the chairs! This whole experience was excellent!

I received a very expensive piece, damaged. I sent in pictures to get the piece replaced and Diana Harris took such great care of me. She emailed with checks in and touched base weekly to give me updates. She saw the entire transaction through to the end.

Chandelier arrived with defects (sockets not working, shades not staying upright, etc). Sent photos of the issues and a new item was shipped out and tracking number sent. Just waiting for the replacement to arrive Service was fast and friendly.

This is about customer satisfaction. Correct? So the honest feeling is not satisfaction. More like frustration. After the month-long backorder wait, the product arrived. The design on the vase looked great. The color was off. But the bitter part was that it is deemed non-returnable. Why? Not sure. Seems odd that something so popular that you can't keep it in stock is non-returnable for any reason. Just very frustrating!

Delivery was on time and crew was excellent. They offered to take off their shoes and were polite and COVID-safe. Great experience!

Ordered 4 counter stools. Paid over $500 each. Paid for white glove delivery at $125. Stools were left on porch and upon opening all were damaged/broken and wobbly. Poor quality and poor condition. Now I am being asked to box them up and return them, or load them up in a car thats big enough to transport them and provide proof of donation???...as if anyone would accept, let alone purchase, broken chairs at a donation center. This is absurd. Furthermore, after proving photos and video of all the issues, I still haven't received a refund of over $2500.00. Very poor experience thus far, and it's still not resolved.

Hello Heather – We know it may seem illogical to return these items, but this is what the maker requires to approve a refund. Your claims rep will continue to work behind the scenes to ensure your refund is issued in a timely manner once the return tracking on the labels you were provided has activated. Please accept our sincere apologies that things didn't work out. Updated 06/10: Hi Heather! Thank you for being patience with the claims process. I do see that this has been resolved and that your refund had been processed several days ago. Please let our support team know if you have any additional questions.
