I ordered outdoor dining chairs that looked different in person than the online photos. Shopping online is hard and the color was just off. Dianna at Scout & Nimble was extremely helpful in working with the supplier tp accept the return and then coordinating the pick up of 10(!) chairs. Such a relief to get this resolved without a hiccup. It makes a big difference when ordering online and I will be trusting Scout & Nimble with these bigger purchases in the future.

Excellent customer service by Hayley and team. I received a HUGE iron cabinet and had 4 men haul it upstairs but when it was finally unwrapped, we noticed a welded hinge had broken off. S&N team let me be creative on how to resolve the issue since moving it back downstairs and shipping it back was NOT gonna happen. Instead I found a welder to repair it and they picked up the tab. Perfect solution and I'm a happy camper with a beautiful iron hutch. Wish all companies had this great of service.

Mirror came from factory with missing bracket to hang. Upon contacting Scout & Nimble their customer care manager Diana Harris followed up with different alternatives to expedite a solution and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Things can go wrong at times and it is during such moments that you truly get to experience a company's service. In this case it was A+. Thank you.

I ordered a coffee table through Scout and nimble. It was a beautiful table when it arrived but did have a crack in it so I contacted them. Customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly and offered me an option of a partial refund to keep it, which I accepted. I would definitely shop from them again.

Ordered a replacement for an item that was on back order and I was not advised they couldn’t get until MAY until after the order processed. When I messaged customer service about it they cancelled it gave me credit I then ordered another item. The new order the charger 20 dollars in shipping. When I questioned them they told me that this was because my other order exceeded $250 and qualified for free shipping. When I told them that there was no way this order was gonna exceed 250 because I was substituting for back ordered items they told me that’s not true and started sending screenshots of the item appearing is back ordered. When I told them that the item was not-indicating a backorder status at the time I ordered it off the website And it’s not my fault for ordering it and expecting it to get here immediately and that I would like the shipping refunded to me they refused.

Things happen.... We recently purchased (4) matching chairs, however when delivered, somehow (1) was completely different from the others, either a mistake with manufacturer shipping or last mile delivery mix-up, unsure of which, but Diana with customer service at Scout & Nimble was so extremely helpful and understanding while efficiently reconciling the issue. A replacement chair was fortunately in stock and promptly delivered to complete our set. Scout & Nimble's quality encompasses not just their incredible product offerings, but also the service to back it up.

Diana Harris Customer Care Manager was absolutely amazing. Will continue to do business with scout and nimble because of her. Her communication and tone was the most professional and attentive, I’ve ever received from a customer care person at any company.
