Scout & NimbleReviews of scoutandnimble.com

Great service!!

We purchased a beautiful Spalted Wood Coffee table from Scout & Nimble and couldn't be happier with the service and delivery. I was a little hesitant at first since I have never purchased something from the company before, but when I reached out to customer service via email I couldn't have been happier with the communication. I received immediate response from the customer service representative within 12 hours or less, depending the day I sen the email. All answers were clear and direct they provided the information I needed.

Great service

Hannah in customer service is wonderful!

Diana was very helpful at coming up with a solution to our clients concerns. She was very prompt and professional with all correspondence.

Diana Harris provided us with excellent customer service throughout the process of having some defective furniture replaced. Once I notified Diana of the issues, she handled everything flawlessly with the furniture manufacturer, shippers and delivery company. It was a pleasure to work with Diana and I hold her up as a model for what exceptional customer service should be.

Excellent friendly service!

Easy to navigate and beautiful items.
