You have a customer service number that can only take a message and relay to someone to call back - they cannot answer a questions or seek a solution — yet your very friendly recording says you are available 24/7; We placed an order online that said it was available as of January 2022 (assuming your website was not updated) we ordered the item and paid for it along with a rug #SN448383312 — now the order of the 4 bamboo boxes says they are backordered with no expected date. Which is accurate? Are they available as expected in January of 2022 almost 6 months ago or are they indeed backordered. It was a $500 purchase. I have left my name and number with the very friendly and somewhat frustrated voice who had the unfortunate task of speaking with me who guaranteed someone would call me — let’s see how this gets resolved, communicated, etc. I would love to amend this review.

I was looking for decorative pillows for my couch. I found some I really liked with down inserts. Check out was easy.

Amazing and easy experience! We ordered 4 outdoor dining chairs of which one came broken, Diana responded right away and set up a replacement. No followup calls/emails, she took the stress out of ordering online. She also researched a console we had ordered from a different company and sent me the info on backorder right away. Excellent service! Will definitely order from them again. Thank you!!!

My experience ended up being a wonderful one. Each time I called when I didn't receive my item in time or did a follow up, someone was sure to help me. My item was back logged due to Covid (took almost half a year to get it). Then provided me a discount no questions asked. Then my item sadly came damaged. I called and worked with a women by the name of Diana Harris on starting a claim. She truly went above & beyond! She comforted me by listening to the issue I had. I bought an expensive purchase that came damaged and she truly made it right! She gave me options and then did a great job at following up with me when she said she would. I couldn't appreciate it more. A resolution was made. Thank you again Diana and everyone else at Scout & Nimble. I would be sure to purchase again from this wonderful company. I wish everyone experience and every company had customer service like how Diana provided it to me.

AMAZING customer support. So helpful with the whole process. We had a minor issue and everything was figured it our super fast. Their team as always quick to reply to all email. 5 STARS!

My coffee table arrived on time, but unfortunately after a few weeks I realized it was damaged. I reached out to Scout and Nimble and their customer service exceeded my expectations for my damaged order. Diana was excellent to work with, responded to my requests and helped to resolve my issues.
