The Customer Care from Hanna Carter was awesome! I was struggling to choose lamps for my updated living room. Reached out to Scout & Nimble and was so fortunate to have Hanna return my email request for recommendations. Hanna asked all the right questions and I just felt I was in good hands with her. Sure enough, I was and selected lamps based on her recommendations/options. Hanna offered an enormous value-add service and I very much appreciated it/her.

Order has been delayed over four times - never with any rationale. "You're next in line! When our inventory is replenished your items will be prepared for shipment." They then respond with "all time frames are estimated and not guaranteed" if you write in. Buy elsewhere.

The offerings are always the latest style and trends, they partner with Name Brand Companies, and you can rely on quality and service. Customers Service is exceptional, they are responsive and result oriented. I cant say enough, I love shopping with S&N!

Scout and Nimble has been a pleasure to work with, particularly due to their customer care manager, Diana Harris. We ordered a kitchen table that we love but after a few months the base started to break and Diana quickly and painlessly resolved the issue for us.

Diana Harris at Customer Care was awesome in resolving my issue. It was a tangled up long process but she constantly kept me updated which means so much! Thank you Diana!!!!

After waiting 4 months and dealing with shipping delays/lack of communication, my bed was finally delivered missing a major piece (the headboard) and with some minor damage to other parts. It was a frustrating experience, but when I reached out to customer service to attempt to fix the issues, Diana H went above and beyond to help me reach a resolution! Can’t say I would have purchased from S&N again based on this first experience had it not been for Diana’s quick and helpful intervention!

Great service. They identified that one of our eight chairs was damaged BEFORE shipping it to us, and then arranged for delivery of the final chair a few weeks later.
