Scout & Nimble has amazing customer service. Very responsive and get answers/resolutions to issues quickly. As a designer during these times of trying supply chain/logistics issues, having a great customer service team is SO appreciated!! Diana Harris has been wonderful specifically. :)

My Sydney dresser was delayed 4 months, likely not S and N fault, annoying… but I was very pleased with status updates through email and phone. Always accurate, quick and professional. The white glove delivery worked perfectly and again great communication helped. I LOVE the style and look of my Sydney 6 drawer dresser and it’s just what I wanted. But, dresser had issues with workmanship and although I am not someone to complain, I contacted S and N and worked with Diana Harris. She was awesome in guiding me through a process of sending videos and submitting a claim. Again, very responsive and extremely professional and helpful. And it’s important she carried on through the whole process. I hate when you have to retell everything to someone different every time. I am receiving a discount and am very happy with this resolution. So, all it all, it wasn’t a smooth transaction and product not perfect but I couldn’t be happier with the customer service provided. Diana Harris and S and N deserve 5 stars. This is how customer service should be done!

Upon reading the reviews for Scout & Nimble, I got a little concerned since there were a few complaints, but I have to say I couldn't be more pleased with how my own order unfolded. It shipped promptly, efficiently, and the item is great. Would highly recommend this shop, and I look forward to placing more orders in the future.

Giving scout and nimble a one star review is generous. They have had horrible customer service. Only when I threatened to cancel my order is when I got a response. They have been very untimely with updates on my purchase, extending my day estimated stock dates multiple times and by months. When I finally canceled my order, they did not seem to care at all. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This was my first time using Scout & Nimble, and overall I greatly loved the service! My #1 favorite thing is that the company accurately states what's in stock, how many, and/or when the ETA for a restock is. After dealing with misinformation from other stores, it was a relief to have this information due to supply chain issues every company is experiencing. When the item arrived to the local warehouse, the team immediately contacted me when they spotted very minimal damage AND offered a discount from the jump. Diana Harris from the customer service team was a dream to work with, sharing full context + photos. I was then contacted a few minutes later to schedule the delivery date. Overall 5/5 star service, and I look forward to purchasing furniture from them in the future!

I was very excited to find a product that was exactly what I was looking for. The checkout process was less than ideal however, redirecting me several times and ending with out a confirmation number. I’m still trying to figure out where that is.
