We had fabulous service from Diana at customer care. An end table arrived with a broken marble top and Diana immediately went to work contacting the supplier. Within a few short days, we had a new top and Diana was in constant contact to make sure we were satisfied. With this kind of service, I immediately looked for more items to order! Scout and Nimble is a wonderful company! Thanks Diana!

I bought some beautiful chairs through Scout and Nimble. I am absolutely in love with the way they look in their comfort. However, a few of them have broken. I contacted customer care and Diana Harris, customer care manager went above and beyond in helping remedy the situation. We were outside the typical warranty but Diana was kind enough to work with the supplier to make sure the chairs are replaced. The communication and customer service were wonderful and I would definitely recommend Scout and Nimble. I will be shopping there again next time I’m in the market for furniture.

We recently ordered a dining table which arrived with a missing part. Customer Service (Diana) was very responsive, contacted the manufacturer, followed up with them and kept us updated until the issue was resolved. Will happily order from this company again in the future.

You showed a discontinued item as "In Stock, Qty 2". I ordered (1) and then got a notification hours later that the item was "now discontinued". Stock means IN STOCK!. It doesn't mean "let me check with the manufacturer. In Stock = false advertising.

I can assure you that we do everything within our power to ensure that our stock is accurate and up to date. With the vast majority of our brands our stock is updated in real time. However, with the particular item that you purchased, that brands stock status updates once a day, and with the stock status being as low as it was, it had appeared that someone else had secured it before we were able to for that day. We'd be more than happy to extend a promotional discount to you for your troubles.
