I ordered a pair of pillows from Scout and Nimble, and was unable to return them because they do t accept pillow returns. How does an online home decor store NOT accept returns?? It was a lot of money to spend for pillows I will never use and I will never shop here again. Unless you want to be chained to your decisions I recommend you don’t shop here either

Customer service gets 5 stars. They respond quickly and go above and beyond to assist with inquiry! Would definitely recommend.

I reached out to Customer Service after receive the wrong hardware to hang a piece I had purchased. The kit sent was for up to 5 pounds and my piece of art/photo, framed was over 20 pounds. Diana in customer service responded to my email immediately. She was as gracious and accommodating as she could be. She was in regular contact and made the effort to get a couple of options for resolving the issue. Having spent $800 on the framed photo, I was worried but she was there every step and problem was solved. I was so grateful! Thank you Diana! and Scout & Nimble.

I bought an out of stock sofa on August 30th. After reading reviews I was prepared for a long and hellish experience but I didn’t care because I LOVED this sofa. I’m writing this review because my experience with Scout & Nimble was wonderful. I received my sofa today, in perfect condition. Everything went smoothly. The couch was shipped by the date the website said it would be. The freight shipping was faster than expected. When I emailed the freight company for tracking not only did they give me an update but they also kept me in the loop all the way until delivery at the fulfillment center. I paid for white glove delivery so within a few days they called to set up delivery in my home. The delivery guys were great. I have zero complaints. The entire process took 36 days and the communication was fantastic throughout. And I’m thrilled with my beautiful new sofa!

I was having a bit of difficulty with coordinating the delivery of my furniture with the delivery driver. I contacted customer care and Hanna was extremely helpful in getting this resolved and kept in constant contact every step of the way. I am overall very happy with my furniture and my experience with S&N. I wouldn’t hesitate to order anything from them in the future.

Absolutely the worst experience in buying furniture from this place. I have been purchasing items for my new home for the past 3 years and all through the pandemic. Every retailer thus far has been in constant communication with updates about orders. That is, until I bought an “in stock” item from Scout & Nimble 3 months ago. I have yet to receive it and have been forced to chase them around for updates. No tracking info has been provided that I can actually access myself (who doesn't provide tracking nowadays?!); no explanation as to the delay. Every time I contact them, I’m fed another line about it being “shipped today" or it "being loaded and prepared for delivery” ... all miraculously on the same days I contact them. Extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend staying away from this company.

Don't walk, run from this company. Ordered a $5000 Bernhardt sectional couch with Scout and Nimble with the aid of their customer service. Verified numerous times the correct pieces were ordered. Waited two months, just to receive two left pieces to the sectional. I call in to inform them they delivered two left pieces, only to be told "Berhardt doesn't make a right piece" to the sectional. Which is blatantly untrue as I verified this myself with Berhardt prior to ordering. When the truck arrived with the pieces prior to even opening the boxes I asked them to verify the pieces were correct. Did they do that? Obviously not. Instead they preferred to slam half the sectional into my door frame a few times, scuff my floors dragging the pieces around, and run their nails through the soft leather cushion defacing them. Clearly carrying the cushions by themselves takes too much time. This entire experience has been second rate. Don't walk, run from Scout and Nimble. Update: In response to Scout and Nimbles comment below. Per Bernhardt corporate Scout and Nimble ordered the wrong piece for the couch. Furthermore, this situation is still unresolved after being informed they found me a replacement couch nearly two months ago. Nor has there been any "compensatory actions" - The delivery company that brought the wrong pieces did over a thousand dollars worth of damage to my door, door frame (the door frame was hit so hard with the couch legs that it needs replacement now) and floors. Metro (the delivery) company stopped responding after I sent them the estimates for the repairs. I stand with my initial statement. Don't walk, run from Scout and Nimble.

I had a great experience with Scout and Nimble customer service, particularly Diana Harris, when dealing with the replacement of a damaged lamp I received. I have been working on furnishing my new house for over a year, and my experience with Diana and Scout and Nimble has been the best customer service so far. Diana responded to my first email request and followed up with me regularly until after the replacement was delivered to make sure I was satisfied. I have never experienced this type of individualized customer service elsewhere (even for much higher priced furniture items), and it was very much appreciated. I will definitely shop Scout and Nimble again.
