Everything was great! Just as a heads up, ordered our table in March 2022 and received it December 2022. However, I cannot complain as this was due to shipping. It was backordered after I ordered it but the communication with Haylie has been great and timely! She updated me every step of the way. The piece of furniture I ordered is amazing quality too and easy to assemble.

It would help if your products had more in-depth descriptions Example- when purchasing art clearly articulate if there’s a frame included and what is it’s material: wood, metal, aluminum

Loved the selection and appreciated the sale but the advertised $100 off my first order over $1000 with “DESIGNMADEEASY” didn’t work - shows $0 value. Other than that i was happy overall…but that enticed me to buy in the first place.

When the initial product we ordered arrived, we discovered it was damaged. So, we contacted Scout & Nimble customer service and were pleasantly surprised not only that they agreed the damage was extensive and unacceptabe, the agent immediately ordered a replacement (at no cost, of course) which arrived in a timely manner.
