Brilliant practice, looked after me, staff and dentist were really friendly...definitely recommend..

I was so nervous about going to the dentist however Dr Nikki and Ruby the dental nurse put me at ease straight away. After not seeing the dentist for over 15 years I needed several things doing. Dr Nikki went through everything slowly and made sure I understood everything properly. I had three separate appointments to get everything finished and I couldn’t have asked for better! Forever grateful to Dr Nikki and Ruby, I no longer have a fear of the dentist! See you for my check up next year!

I had bad wisdom tooth pain and was offered an appointment quite promptly, the surgery/ dentist was not upfront about the charges and after paying for two x-rays , consultation and antibiotics I was assured I would be contacted the following week regarding the extraction. Three months on, they have still make no contact and have ignored all my emails and no called me back. Very disappointing.

I had an implant fitted a year ago, my own dentist did a routine X ray and found the implant screw was too short and not in deep enough, also at an angle allowing for the chance of food getting stuck between, outcome is I have to have the implant removed and a complete new one, avoid this dental practice

I visited scott arms dental practice today for an emergency tooth extraction. I was a nervous wreck initially, however Dr Shyam Patel talked through every step and made me feel at ease. Excellent dentist 100% recommend him. Thank you and will definately go back x
