A 200 sedation that never worked, was in that much pain that I nearly fell out of the chair, when I complained , simply didn't want to know, only interested in taking out more teeth, wouldn't refund my money , even thou to WHITE ladies got a refund cause they didn't like the treatment....

We came to the practice on the 27th of December with my father in law. Massive thank you to Hamza Abbas and his nurse for dealing with our emergency in a professional and very caring manner. I cant speak highly enough about the care we received all in all was very impressed with a very professional team including the reception staff. Paid £190 for a sedation that never worked, was in such pain and agony that I nearly fell off the chair, when complained all he had to day was at least we got your tooth out. No care or attention towards myself, only interest in taking the next 3 teeth out.

Outstanding service. Fantastic team. My sister and I visited this practice yesterday, as my sister required an emergency appointment, as she was in agony for weeks. We were offered an appointment the same morning we called and we were astonished at the operation there. The staff were friendly, smiling and happy, everyone was extremely efficient in their assigned roles and what really struck me, was how polite the kind each and every member of staff were. Clearly, whatever training they have, it has been uniformly distilled throughout the practice and successfully so. We were seen by Nikki, the dentist, who was brilliant. Professional, friendly, down to earth and most importantly, got the job done. We had to wait a while for the x-ray as their system was rebooting, but she squeezed us in and resolved the pain for my sister and gave us antibiotics, so we did not have to run around to pharmacies post appointment. Whoever is in charge of this large scale operation, needs to be applauded, as this type and level of service needs to be more prevalent throughout the UK. It felt much like an American model and attitude. It was no nonsense, book your appointment, everything is done during your visit (as much as possible) and the experience was fantastic. the fees were also, extremely reasonable. My sister was so happy and managed to sleep for the first time in weeks. This business model is genius and I am so grateful for it. Thank you.

I arrived very early yesterday for my appointment.I was impressed with my Great experience with the Staff,from beginning to leaving after my desperately needed extraction by Dr Bethan Liddy. This is a Dental Practice to be applauded !!! Highly Recommended.
