We are disappointed to read your recent review. After reviewing your records, we noticed that you were a regular visitor to our hygienist in 2022, but then stopped for a period before returning for your most recent appointment. We understand your concerns, but we stand by the recommendations we provided you with. We have a specialist periodontist who splits their time between our practice and Harley Street, and we believe that seeing this specialist would be beneficial for you. We strongly suggest seeking another opinion. If you would like to discuss this further, please feel free to call the practice and ask to speak with Jody or Amy on 0121 357 5000. Thank you.
