Apparently I see everyone already knows Schwab is highly incompetent. Schwab lost all my saved account information. I provided proof of conversations with their support history, account numbers and... they had no record of the information- they said it was lost and they merely apologized for my inconvenience in losing my account information. I received a sorry- there's nothing we can do about the information we lost of yours. There is no accountability from them. I would very much avoid Schwab.

I have 4 interaction with this company and 3 out 4 have been all bad.. 1 lady told me I didn't have an account at all.. but I gave her my account number and she was like oh! I had a nice man set up my account for me for another person said the account was set up correctly. I AM so over this company.. they really suck!

Worse than one star !!!! I’m pulling OUT my 401k contributions and going elsewhere! Forget ever having to take any monies out you will never get your check !!!! Excuse after excuse , delayed and more delayed on THEIR end !!! Every representative says something different!!!!!! Lies and more lies !!!! Take your contributions somewhere else ! Read reviews from the employees!!!! Horrible service ! DONE ✅ I would give less then one star ⭐️ if system allowed !

Transition from TdAmeritrade to Schwab review. Schwab user interface is terrible! Click too many buttons to do trades. No pre/post market charts. I wish we still had TdAmeritrade!! Apps keeps saying no real time quotes. I want to take all my money out.

Account moved over to Schwab last week with the TD Ameritrade sale. In a nut shell it is the worst trading platform I have ever tried to use. Hard to navigate, logs me out randomly, have to go to several different screens to get basic information on a stock, etc.. I could go on and on. Not user friendly at all. I may not be an expert on trading platforms but on this one it is obvious it is one of the worst. Switched to Fidelity and so far it is great. Just a word on reviews. There are several like NerdWallet, Investopedia, and Bankrate that rate Schwab as Five Stars. How that is even possible is baffling. But when you go to the review sites that have actual users reviewing Schwab you get an overall One Star. Trust the actual users.

Woke up to an "Account restricted and will be closed" email. I invested over 10K+ to start investing and within 1 month my account was closed. I called and asked for a reason and they said there was none and they didn't have to give one. I had to liquidate everything and move to another firm. Customer service did not care to help at all and just kept saying closing accounts with no reason is something they can do. Be careful, its your money and they can shut you out from your investments. Wish I could give no stars. TERRIBLE

I'm not very knowledgeable with investing so I initially went with Edward Jones and stayed with them for over ten year's until I came to the reality of their high fee's consuming my wealth. So I switched over to Charles Schaub over a year ago now because of their low fee's. I found out that Charles Schaub is much more helpful with their one on one service with out the high fee expense.

No matter how much money you have In SWVXX /Schwab Value Advantage Money Fund Charles Schwab will not let you place a stock or option trade order unless you have enough money in Cash & Cash. Schwab need set up an auto withdrawal from SWVXX if trade goes through on settlement date.
