EVERY single time I attempt to use my account they lock it. I am sent to a location where the employee says they lock her own account each time she uses it at Target. Every single zelle transaction requires a call to the fraud dept to clear it even though it is a recipient that I have sent to before, even my own daughter. I hate hate hate this company.

The death of StreetSmartEdge and the promotion of Sink or Swim has been devastating. I have wasted close to 6 months on this. Is there anything out there, but I think not. This is so unproductive. Bring back SSE PLEASE. It works, and works WELL.

About the Schwab international. It was hard to open an account from Colombia. Once I managed to do it, I had to change my password but I don't remember it. The only option they have to recover it is by sendind a text message to your mobile number but as being outside the USA, I didn't received any message. In addition, on the call option they only have service in English for whom it was imposible to write down my colombian last name properly or ask for an account number that they didn't send by e-mail, so I could check only inside the platform. In conclussion, imposible to recover my password; I can't understand why they make it so hard or something so simple.

We have brokerage and bank accounts. Have found their 24/7 phone help excellent.

During the crowdstrike debacle Schwab was down for an entire day of options expiration. They would not fix the problem satisfactorily. I then transferred my assets to etrade. And, on the way out they charged me 50 bux to do the paperwork. If I had known I would have just liquidated it and transferred the cash myself. For thirty years this was the best institution of its peers period. Now, they just have snowflake dummies who dont know very much. The rep explained natural disaster clause to me, which it was not for crowdstrike. And, they dont understand much about dealing with options. If you dont get at least that level of fluency in financial intruments then you should not be running a brokerage house, In summary, stay away now at all cost. Brian Gray, CFA

I had just accept that my search for a trading company to get extra cash didn't end well for me cause this space is just like a mess for me because getting payout wasn't successful. Silence persisted for months while I had to keep looking until i found, treasure fun "d" ing. It was fantastic, and last week I began to receive reimbursement.

I am 77 years old and have been asking for help in understanding stock investing... apparently I don't have enough $$$$ invested with Schwab (or TDAmeritrade before them) to qualify for an advisor/help. I met with a local VP - Sr. Financial Consultant, who said all the right things and referred me to someone who doesn't work there any longer (?), then she referred me to someone else that referred me to a completely different company (Washmer Schroder). Now I've received a notice of an "Exchange Offer" and finding info of what it is or how to accept or refuse it is nill. Turned out the "Exchange Offer" wasn't even pertinent to my account...
