follow-thru, flight changes, prompt response
After purchasing our initial roundtrip tickets for 2 passengers, we had to change one passenger's return. We were able to make that change with you thru on-line live chat. And then when it came for this passenger to return, the airline had cancelled her flight. We had to work with your on-line live chat customer service again... and then email... and you were always responsive and prompt. And eventually, we worked everything out.

Perliza was very attentive to my issue
Perliza was very attentive to my issue. After we got off the phone, she researched the problem and was able to give me the exact solution I needed via email. I was very surprised. Customer reps usually forget about your existence after they hang up. I'm impressed.

Joselle heard my concerns. She responded in a timely manner. Things did not get resolved as quickly as I had hoped but they were handled. It took 24 hours instead of 24 minutes.

Quickly answered my questions & solved my issue
The person who helped me was Chenno. They were extremely helpful and insightful with helping me choose my seats for my flight. They took me step by step in choosing my seats as well as showing screenshots to help me see what seats I would like per transfer flight. Great experience
