They are pulling a classic bait and switch. First, you see a great price, you fill all your info, you click checkout, and magically now there is a "airline time fee" and the prize rises... ok whatever still cheaper than the normal flight! You click through and BOOM again, now it is 200 dollars more expensive than the first showed price, and I don't think it was going to stay there either, im sure if I clicked again it would have gone up. Do not use THIS SERVICE

Hi Kendall,
We understand your frustration and appreciate how stressful last-minute travel disruptions can be.
However, please note that ScholarTrip cannot be held liable for schedule changes made by the airline on the day of departure or only a few hours before the flight. Once the ticket has been issued, operational decisions such as flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes are under the airline's control. In such cases, it is the airline's responsibility to assist you and rebook you on their next available flight, in accordance with their policies.
Additionally, it is the passenger's responsibility to ensure they have all required travel documents and meet all applicable travel requirements, including boarding passes, a valid passport, visas, immigration, health, and any other entry or transit requirements for their itinerary. ScholarTrip cannot accept responsibility if you are unable to travel due to failure to meet these requirements.
Thank you.

"Student Pricing" and Disappointing Customer Service
ScholarTrip totally takes advantage of students. What is supposed to be more affordable for students actually overcharges compared to buying tickets directly from the airline. When I reached out for help, customer support failed to directly answer any of my questions. They gave half answers and didn't elaborate on where their insane upcharges were originating from. They also took forever to reply to every single message. Don't waste your time trying to buy through them.

Fine unless you need anything
My daughter just returned from studying abroad and the two stars are for the trip there, which went as expected. The flight home was another story- there was a flight change which would make it impossible to catch her next one and since the tickets were through scholartrip we were supposed to have them handle any changes. We called multiple times and they would only EMAIL the airline to ask about a flight change and then only wanted to EMAIL with any updates about the situation, and this was the day before the flight. We never got a response (via call or email) and thankfully my daughter called the airline and explained and they made the changes. The booking process can also be improved.
