They are pulling a classic bait and switch. First, you see a great price, you fill all your info, you click checkout, and magically now there is a "airline time fee" and the prize rises... ok whatever still cheaper than the normal flight! You click through and BOOM again, now it is 200 dollars more expensive than the first showed price, and I don't think it was going to stay there either, im sure if I clicked again it would have gone up. Do not use THIS SERVICE

"Student Pricing" and Disappointing Customer Service
ScholarTrip totally takes advantage of students. What is supposed to be more affordable for students actually overcharges compared to buying tickets directly from the airline. When I reached out for help, customer support failed to directly answer any of my questions. They gave half answers and didn't elaborate on where their insane upcharges were originating from. They also took forever to reply to every single message. Don't waste your time trying to buy through them.

You waited so long to book the flight…
You waited so long to book the flight became unavailable. Worst site ever. Sent conforming bills to my credit card and did not return test money. Obvious fraud site.

Epic fail
Epic fail. Didn't issue my ticket. Maybe it was a one off glitch but didn't work for me
Response from ScholarTripJun 16, 2026
Hello Mark, The cancellation of your booking was due to unconfirmed test amounts that we were waiting for you to complete. Despite several email follow-ups, we did not receive a response from your end. You may refer to the emails sent under your booking code C3E0FE5 with the subject line “Credit Card Verification.” Since 24 hours had already passed without confirmation, the system automatically cancelled your reservation due to inactivity, as part of our security policy. You may proceed with booking again at your convenience. Kindly ensure that you monitor your email closely for any verification requests to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding.

Not reliable company
Not reliable, wasting time, no answer to the phone, canceled my reservation without reason.
Response from ScholarTripJun 16, 2026
Dear Al-Haddad, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused you. Due to delays in completing the required payment verification through the test amount process, the flight segments became unavailable. As a result, the airline automatically cancelled the reservation. Please note that email notifications regarding the failed booking and reason was sent to your email. We understand your concern regarding phone accessibility. Due to the high volume of calls, there may be instances where we are unable to answer immediately. However, you may always reach us via email at [email protected], where we can guarantee a response and further assistance. We truly regret the inconvenience this has caused and kindly encourage you to try booking again at your convenience. We will be happy to assist you throughout the process to ensure a smoother experience.
