First, the fast delivery of the product is amazing. I received a sample of cologne that was damaged. When I emailed scent decant about it, they quickly responded and sent out a new one. So far it’s been a great experience and I will continue to purchase from the company.

I ordered 3 colognes. They are well priced and shipped quickly. I have always wanted to try new scents and now I can for a really good deal. I had an issue with my order and they responded quick and were able to resolve my issue quickly. Thank you. I will continue to order more from here.

Selection: Searched scent decant vast selection for the parfum I wanted. I knew what I wanted. They have a detailed summary of each scent they carry. Price: Fairly priced not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. Quality: It's the real deal, never a question about the whole selection.

I love the company. I order a couple of travel size perfect for me. But only one of my sprayers got stuck. But other than that I love it

I think Scent Decant has a very responsive customer service component. However, while pleased with perfume selections, packaging leaves a bit much to be desired. In my inaugural purchase, I ordered about 15 of the smallest vials. They arrived looking a hot mess with labels peeled off and unreadable. There were spills making the tiny black labels runny and leaving ink on my fingers. I was not pleased and expressed my displeasure. An offer was made to replace some of those vials and I declined because I couldn't distinguish which was which. Also, for the ones that weren't smudged, I ciuld barely read all the small lettering. Because I appreciated the gesture of an offer to replace, I decided to place a second order for bigger vials of some fragrances. Those were mostly fine, except for one which was packaged in a smaller atomizer and stopped pumping after the second use. Once, again, I reached out to Scent Decant and after a few exchanges, it was decided the company would send a replacement free of charge.
