I didn't notice an atomizer was broken for about a week. I emailed them a picture and they replaced it right away. High trust, high recommend.

Great customer service honestly from the beginning I was recently subscribed to another company who offers the same services but will be cancelling and upgrading my subscription with scentbox definitely recommend to any one who lives to smell good but don’t or cannot financially spend 200 to 300$ per bottle!

Had some trouble with the atomizers which is the pump for the cologne but I have gotten the issues taken care of.The smells are great and tons of variations to choose from.

I placed my order on August 24, 2026. I was under the impression that my order would be shipped out on September 7th. However, it is September 10th and my order still says label created. It has not moved. I contacted them by email twice and I have not received a response. I was looking forward to receiving my products even after I read all the negative comments on Reddit. I decided to request a refund and I will be canceling my order because this is not professional at all, if you are paying upfront you expect the company that you are dealing with to honor their timeframe. There are no excuses for delays and no response to emails. I should’ve listened to all the comments on Reddit. I believe this company is a scam designed to trap people and take their money without ever receiving their goods. I should have stayed with FragranceNet.com they were on time and very professional. I probably will be switching back.

I cancelled my subscription but only because I didn't realise it was coming from the US. Cancellation was the easiest I've ever done. I loved the little atomiser when it came. Very pleased overall

We love our ScentBox delivery. Every month my husband and I each get a new scent to try. They have a great selection of the most popular fragrances. If you don’t love a certain scent, they exchange it, hassle free. The customer service is excellent. I’ve been a subscriber for years, and look forward to many more!
