Next day delivery at a decent price for the first few orders, however the last order was terrible. I was charged $45 for a delivery of an allegedly frozen brisket. Item arrived via UPS in a regular box, meat was in a state of decay. Horrible seller, avoid at all cost.

Sale items are limited to two per order. And there’s not too many items that I want. I rather drive 15 minutes to the store instead. I went from ordering from them every 1-2 weeks to zero times the last 3 months.

Had a lot of missing items. Delivery driver neglected checking the order & did not take responsibility. Driver was so rude & threatening when texting & did not provide proper reasons & information.

Delivered at 10 p.m. Do they really expect their paying customers to wait for a grocery to be delivered that late???? When I called customer service, I was told maybe as late as 10:30 p.m. I thought it was a joke. I tried to cancel at 7 p.m. but I was convinced that it would come no later than 9 p.m. at the latest. Then finally at 9:45 p.m. I was offered to cancel my order? After waiting for it since 6 p.m.? This company delivery time is beyond ridiculous. I order from other markets as well and not once their delivery past their 2 hour windows and I also had a choice to pick my delivery time.... not given like this market. I think it will be a long while and lots of thinking before I want to order (if I ever order from them) again. I'd rather go to the store myself. There are 2 99 Ranch Markets for Asian Groceries within the radius of 6 miles from where I live. Maybe I just do that next time. I thought I wanted to help small business like this one and now I get it that they don't even care about their customers.

Horrible Customer Service! First, they shipped to the Wrong Place, my home address is in Newcastle, WA, 98059, they told me because my ZIP code is 98059, so they must ship my package to Renton, WA,98059, Only! What great Customer Service, they even can not read my home address in Newcastle, WA, 98059!!! I tried to request a refund, but the customer service phone number not working all the time. So Horrible customer service! This is my Frist time purchasing experience with them, and I believe this is also my last time too! I have enough with them. Do not Trust them at all!

The box came partially wet due to rain. When I opened it there were 2 scary bugs running around inside, like small centipede. I just wonder if they went inside the Wow sarap and watermelon seeds packages.

Weee's delivery policy has become increasingly expensive. As a result, I am scared away from ordering at Weee although my experience was fine with a minimum order of $35 for the past two years. Weee should consider use of technology for delivery; that will save shoppers and the company a lot of money and win more shoppers. Robo delivery is the way to go.
