Product came on time and looks good. It is a Christmas gift so not sure on quantity yet.

My daughter misplaced the charging cord for her gloves so we were happy to know we could get a replacement. She goes to school in a cold climate. I’ll probably order through Amazon for an additional cord just to get the faster shipping.

Gloves are for my wife for Christmas. Although I had charged them for use right out of the box. Tried them out and found they do heat efficiently. Fast shipping, exactly as described.

First of all, service could not have been better. My socks came within 10 days. I think a little longer then what the web site said. But I blame USPS for most of that. One of my socks would not heat. I reached out and after some trouble shooting another pair was sent right away. Another 8-10 days. The second set of socks I received where size Small. I had ordered Large. So I reached out again. Sent them a picture of the socks to verify the wrong size. They said keep the size Small socks and we'll send you the size Large you originally order. So, today I got my large socks. About 6 weeks all together, Probably 4 weeks of that USPS. But am very satisfied with the socks. Game changer in cold weather. And the Bluetooth phone app is great.

Great read product, I've had a pair of Savior gloves for 5 years. Buying these new pairs was easy and fast. Delivery was speedy.

I have purchased gloves and spare batteries from Savior heat before. They do what they say and send product promptly. Product: gloves work as they state and are a must have for working out in the cold.

Good customer service in help selecting the right glove for my use. Shipping was fast. Material of glove is very good. Have not had a chance to use it in cold weather yet.
