SAVIOR HEATReviews of saviorheat.com

Ordered socks because they are described as "360 degree heating" and show a picture of heat going to the top of the foot, the base, and toe... Only thing is, when it arrived, only the toes had heating. I emailed support with all the details and they asked stupid questions that they already knew.. I supplied the order number but they then replied for the item in the order, I gave photos, they wanted more photos. They are time-wasters and descriptions are BS.

I tried three times to purchase a coat, two times the coat was out of stock, one time they sent the wrong size coat. After 24 emails now, they will not take back wrong sized coat, being two days after receiving it. To this day over a month ago, they stated to destroy the coat and send photos of destroyed coat, before they consider refunding my purchase. For now all coats are out of stock. There is a reason Saviorheat will not take a good unused coat back, but destroy instead. Completely against their own written policy on returning to get a refund. No refund until good wrong sized coat is destroyed, before they CONSIDER refunding. Bad Chinese company, do not purchase from.

I am an affiliate partner promoting SAVIOR HEAT through the Refersion affiliate network. Affiliate ID: 8902929 My review is based on a real affiliate payment issue involving unpaid commissions totaling $183.19, which have remained in “pending” status for over 4 months. I have attached screenshots from my Refersion dashboard showing: * the commission amount * pending payment status * relevant dates I also attached email communication from SAVIOR HEAT where they acknowledged payout delays, requested my PayPal details again, and mentioned an expected payout date around December 15th. Despite this, payment has still not been received. As of today, the commission remains unpaid.

VERRY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE Ordered gloves Dec 10 2025 gloves were not delivered to me. After having to send Ring proof and a letter from USPS of no delivery. I was advised gloves no longer available. Would issue refund might take a few days, that was February 2026. Today April 2026 contacted PayPal to assist in getting refund. Might Want To Get Your Gloves Elsewhere.

this company has the worst customer service I've seen in a long time. I ordered heated gloves and heated socks on 12/10/25 with a quoted delivery date of 7-10 days. here it is 3/26/26 and I have not received my order after countless emails back and forth with them. they keep telling me they are waiting on tracking information from the shipping company. they finally told me on 3/12/26 they had arranged compensation processing for my order so I checked with them today and their response is your refund is currently being reviewed by our internal team! these people are a joke and won't be in business long!

Recieved some heated gloves for Xmas, excited and used them for 14 days in Canada. They worked well. But the material on the thumbs all rubbed off within a few days. Saviour said " wear and tear".. so the product is poor, don't waste your money
