I ordered a pair of the one carat earrings for my wife for Christmas. The first time she wore them, a friend said “they are beautiful, my husband bought me a pair of one carat diamond earrings also”. She couldn’t tell any difference from hers to my wife’s. My wife simply accepted the compliment and moved on.

I ordered a pair of earrings from Sateur. I was a bit apprehensive, but once they arrived I was absolutely delighted. Not only was the ordering easy and straightforward, but the delivery was much quicker than I expected. When I opened the package and saw that elegant orange leather box I couldn't wait to open it. My gorgeous earrings were backlit by a very clever light that came on when the box opened showing how wonderfully clearly and brightly they sparkled. I honestly can't tell the difference between Sateur stones and diamonds. I've had so many people remark on my lovely earrings, I’m hooked on Sateur!

First of all there is no possibility to select the cookie preference. Or you are making it next to impossible to opt out or to restrict the possibilities. You are forcing me into all the coolie possibilities. I don't like that, I don't like to be tracked. I ordered from you and had the gift shipped to my fiend in another country. Yes, it arrived okay. But you shipped an empty box, looks like a ring box. The earrings I ordered however were in a separate small package like a plastic envelope. She opened the ring box and told me that it was empty, like in "Where is the ring?". Therefore the whole gift thing did not make a good impression and all impact was lost. I have not heard any comment from her regarding the earrings. That is all I can say at this time.

Now had an ongoing dispute with Sateur since June 2023. Read the guarantee terms carefully!!!! You have to apply for the guarantee as an extra at the time of purchase. Ring was in pieces when delivered and Sateur will not take it back. I have now had to open a ChargeBack dispute with them. Steer Clear of these people and spend your money wisely somewhere else.
