I have to be honest about your product. I was a bit skeptic but after receiving your product I was very well pleased with the craftsmanship and the brilliance of these diamonds. There's really nothing wrong with your product I just wished I had ordered a little bit smaller I didn't think that it would be as big. I have a pair of real diamond earrings however after wearing them they do hurt my ears but I did try your earrings on and they do not hurt my ears. Maybe in time I will reorder the 1 ct. Keep me posted on your product update.

Beautiful pieces in a stunning setting. Gave pieces to my wife and stepdaughter. They both loved them and were impressed by the packaging.

Actually quite surprised how beautiful the ring looked. I read reviews here after I brought it for my girlfriend and was very nervous. I only paid attention to the ones on site. But rest assured it came exactly how they described and it fits perfectly on her. Im sorry for anyone who had bad experiences but I can't give a bad review here. It arrived rather quick being she is in Vietnam and it looks so beautiful and sparkles. It came exactly how did in the video reviews. She is so happy with it. So I hope you give these guys a chance like I did and hopefully you will be just as happy as we are with the outcome. Thank you Sateur for a beautiful addition to our love

I bought the Exquise earrings as a birthday present for my wife. I hoped they would match the 1ct diamond engagement ring she already had. They are indistinguishable from the real diamond - they are spectacular! She could not be happier. I also want to mention the excellent customer service I received. I mistakenly ordered white gold instead of yellow. The Satéur team quickly fixed up my error and were very reassuring that I would get the right item. I cannot recommend them more highly and my wife is already perusing the Satéur website.

Nothing but a total disaster from the time I ordered the ring .... no tracking information still haven't received it and it's been over a month. Sick if excuses ... will not recommend this company to anyone!!!! So many other bad reviews don't bother!!! It's arrived and again dissapointed....it does not look real at all.

My order took very long to deliver but the size was completely too small. After a lot mails to get returnadress i am still waiting for another 2 months for express delivery to change size of 2 rings
