I have not received the items yet??

I'm a big skeptic. I've been disappointed more times then I would like to admit but not this time! I'm also extremely picky which makes it very hard for me to like to many things. I love my rings! I bought two and honestly was ready to be disappointed or at the very least think they are just so so. But not only loving these I'm gonna buy more! I want everything on their site. Kind of wish I didn't like my rings so much. LOL

This is my third time shopping, they did not dissapoint, the rings are beautiful! This is my first time chatting with costumer service and they are so nice and helpfull!

I love my earrings and they came in a beautiful bag with a box holding the earrings securely. In addition I have a gorgeous forever jewelry box in which to keep them. This is a class act company!

The company has kinda desperate marketing and gimmicky looking branding / colour. However cannot fault the service. Arrived promptly, and after removing all the packaging (yssh), did not regret it. The ring is built nice with a well cut gem that truly sparkles. The product exceeds expectations.

My wife cried when I presented her with the beautiful ring I ordered from Sateur. Of course, I cried with her. She absolutely LOVED it. Thank you for your amazing craftsmanship and the fast delivery of her gift. J. H.

The range of products they offer is incredible. Their website is very easy to navigate. The best part of it all is the result - the jewelry which I have received is beyond my expectations. No one is ever going to believe what I paid for the sparkle I received. -They keep you updated on the delivery and give you a heads up on any delay's. I have loved every piece I have purchased from them. I will definitely be a return shopper and will recommend them to my friends.
