Buying jewelry is something common. But receiving a Sateur jewelry the presentation exceptional, the packaging fantastic. Comes to the jewelry the splendor, the brillance, the stone and the material around the stone is something to be seen. What is also unique is the follow-up of the company which is proof of seriousness.

Ring is beautiful. Fits nice, has lots of sparkle. The box to keep your ring is even nice, with that little in it to show the sparkle. Highly recommend. Only thing I wish they would change is to have bigger ring sizes.

The rings that arrived were very pretty but the size was not perfect. I asked to exchange them both per the convincing text during the sales process "Ring size concerns? Don't worry. Our perfect fit guarantee ensures hassle-free exchanges." The answer was that I needed to purchase another ring for a discounted price. What option did I have? I purchased only one new one as I could not afford both a second time. Now after wearing them both (one on a differnt finger then the original plan was) for 4 month one stone in each ring has fallen out. One out of my Satéur Tri-pierre Ring and the other out of my Satéur Tout Autour 1874 Ring. I must say I had a lot higher hopes and expectations about this company and product. Very dissapointing both above experiences.
