1st of all, the gems are marvellous and during the whole process I was informed of every step on the way How my ítem was created until I received my purchase. Great surprise and the package is beautiful.

Website glitched and charged me for warranty - would not refund that part even though messaged them within 5 min. Also long wait time for shipping and delivery.

Saw the advert online and decided to give it a try. Was surprised with the speed and efficiency of the delivery. Communication wise, there are regular email updates from manufacturer; though i must caution against those who think that the product is manufactured brand new upon order (as opposed to ex-stock ready for shipping). The product itself is great (as advertised), and I am impressed by the box that has a little light when opened. Makes it sparkle. Am a Happy customer.

Easy to pick my choice to buy, although it would help to place a table that shows a comparison between different options of stone and metals. The Order confirmation is immediate and carefully shows “personal” attention to the client. The daly follow up is very appreciated. The delivery is timely and reasonable.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have yet to recieve my order since I ordered it middle of November. I was given a date for delivery and even contacted myself if there were any updates on delivery dates just to make sure. I REACHED OUT. I was assured no updates were necessary so I went ahead and planned around delivery dates 1-7 December and even planned the event for a few days after. Mind you I also have paid for EXPRESS DELIVERY. It is Dec 21. The event was completely ruined, had to be canceled. As a first time customer with such high expectations from doing my research about this company…it’s been a devastating experience. I was given an option as of yesterday for a refund for the express delivery as well as a $200 ”upgrade” like what does that even mean? I needed this 2 weeks ago. Asides from that when I looked at the senders info it was from china through a netherlands shipping company which was very wierd. Happy for you all that have recieved your items on time as you were suppose to but this is just been an awful experience. There is 1 more day to be able to recieve this even if I could give it for Christmas it feels very unlikely. No updates whatsoever from delivery company.
