Product is excellent both in quality and beauty. The updates on your order, from confirmation and production, to shipping and delivery, are timely, informative and accurate. The pricing and incentives/incentive packages are attractive and definitely encouraged me to order more. I would be happy to order for myself or my friends and family with confidence.

I recently bought their Exquise Earrings. I had some reservations because of it being an overseas order but the customer care team kept me updated regularly. The earrings are a little bigger than what I had imagined but more the prettier!! Definitely going to buy engagement rings from Satéur! PS: They give amazing discounts, too!

My ring was even more beautiful than expected! It arrived faster than promised and there were daily updates on its progress. The packaging is classy. On the whole, a wonderful experience.

I bought a solitaire ring before, it must be 5 or 6 years back now. That still looks great and my wife still gets loads of lovely comments. This time I bought a necklace and ear rings for my mother and again very beautiful 😍 So as a repeat client I am very happy and if you want great jewellery without a 2nd mortgage go for it !!!

I received faulty earrings that did not match the photographs nor did they fit tight to the ear. The studs are hanging off the ears. I complained and was not offered a refund and the only return option I had was against high postage fees as well as a very high restocking fee. The charges were so high that there was no point in returning the items. Further, the earrings feel cheap and not worth the price paid.

Beautiful pieces of jewelry at great prices. Over the last year, I have bought a ring, some earrings, a necklace and a bracelet for my wife from Satéur and she absolutely loves them all! Each piece comes beautifully packaged and the sparkle is second to none!
