Though it took longer than expected to receive, getting my earrings was well worth the wait. Great sparkle and clarity. Well made and substantial. Only improvement to be made are the backs. They are not as substantial as the rest and give the appearance of inexpensive which is at odds with the earring itself

**⭐ 1-Star Review – Horrible Experience, Dishonest Policies** I would give **zero stars** if I could. This company has the **worst** customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a ring well in advance, with plenty of time for shipping. It was supposed to arrive by **January 17th**, but it didn’t show up before my trip on **January 27th**—which was the entire reason I bought it. After **weeks of delays** and getting **no real help** from customer support, I was forced to buy another ring elsewhere. When I finally got back from my trip, the ring had arrived **way too late** to be of any use to me. Since their **own website** states that I had **30 days to request a refund**, I reached out—only to be **ignored, dismissed, and given excuses**. Instead of honoring their own policy, they tried to force me to take **store credit**, which is completely useless since I will **never** shop here again. Customer service is **rude, unhelpful, and refuses to take responsibility**. They do not honor their **own refund policy**, and they clearly **don’t care about their customers** once they’ve taken your money. This entire situation has been a **nightmare**. Save yourself the frustration and **shop elsewhere**—this company is a scam!

My husband got me a ring and earrings from Sateur. The were stunning. Then he got me more pieces that were even more beautiful. I got him a ring and we got my mother a necklace. The gems sparkle so beautifully. They are as or more vibrant than a diamond at a fraction of the cost and ethical. I know we will be buying more!

My order was lost in the mail due to the postal strike. Luckily the customer service representative was very helpful and provided tracking information that the parcel was not delivered properly and returned to sender. The parcel finally reached me and I can wear it on Valentine’s Day 😊

I have no words that can truly describe the service provided by Arianne, we had a few challenges caused in the main by myself i.e. wrong ring size and wrong delivery address , but both these issues were expertly handled by Arianne, we can't thank her enough for her patience and helpfulness. She is a star.

I am completely satisfied with the jewelry purchased at Sateur. I purchased a ring in celebration of my promotion (to Assistant Director). My finacé purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Sateur. He also gave me a beautiful tennis bracelet for Christmas. Next, I will drop a hint to my adult children about a Mother's ring (with four birthstones representing their birthdays).
