Dreadful I bought a ring three weeks ago and after only one week two stones fell out. I have tried to contact you by both email and your web page sending photos and messages all to no avail despite your note saying that you reply within 24-48 hours. Non existent after sales service.

Had a little trouble getting everything for my girlfriend all at the same time but the company came through with making it right and it was so worth it to see the look on my girlfriend’s eyes. To say that she loved them is an understatement!

The display was absolutely beautiful on arrival. My girlfriend and I had been experiencing some difficulties in our relationship and took some time apart to reflect on that. But I saw the reflection of this beautiful stone in her eyes and immediately we recognize that we were forever just like a diamond. We got back together immediately despite all of the troubles and I accredit a lot of that to this beautiful gemstone that you guys provided. Thank you

Advertising promotes brilliant cuts. Earnings are very disappointing! No shine , grey in color! Would not suggest a purchase to anyone! Very disappointed, especially when bought as a Christmas gift!

Thi ring I received was not as sparkly as I had anticipated, but for the price I would recomment Sateur for buyers looking for a beautiful ring at a great price. The one area for improvement would be in delivery updates in a more timely manner
