The order process was simple and quick. The items when delivered were spectacular, presented so well in the orange box and exquisite jewellery. I have ordered several additional products for my wife as she has been so pleased with these pieces

Ring is beautiful not as sparkly as real diamond, communication is good, craftsmanship is poor wore the ring twice side stone fell out company will not exchange or repair, offered me a $70.00 credit towards another purchase, no thanks. I’ve had the ring a little over a month very disappointed with Sateur :(

The nightmare before Christmas continues. Still nothing. A month, really? They aren't able to provide tracking just endless marketing emails and discounts on future orders. So, celebrations which werr postponed to New Year's from Christmas, after being assured I'd have the shipment in 3-5 days, will happen without a ring. This is such a competitive space. I encourage you to keep looking.

Very poor service. I ordered my product on 5th December 2025 and I paid $25 extra for express delivery. It supposed to arrive in between 6 to 8 days. Today it’s 29th of December 2025. Till now, they gave me a tracking number, which is not even working. They are scammers and they will waste your time. Keep your hard earned money safe. Never order from them.

Ear rings are gorgeous and arrived in a beautiful presentation box. I will be purchasing more items from Sateur.

I have NOT received my order yet and have gotten zero tracking updates so I have NO idea when its coming. Very poor system and process. My wife's birthday is on Tuesday and she will most likely not have her gift that I ordered over 2 months ago.

At this moment, it’s more then 1 month and still haven’t recieved anything. Christmas present ruïned and had to buy something else last minute. Can’t review the product yet, but the way they do their shipping it can’t be any good….

My experience with Sateur has been awful. I will never order anything from this company again. From the very beginning they have deceived me and I have never received the product I ordered. Before I ordered a ring, I contacted the company to confirm that I would receive the item before Christmas. They wrote back in an email that I would certainly receive it before Christmas, and they had confirmed that internally with their logistics people. On that basis, I ordered a ring. I periodically checked to confirm that the ring would be delivered on time, which was important because I was leaving the country on a date certain and the ring did not arrive before that date, it was of no used to me because I could not receive it. Sateur repeatedly confirmed that my order was “on track” for delivery before my deadline. The company assured me that they had checked with all relevant departments to confirm that there was no problem. I even received emails stating that my ring was now “in transit” and would “arrive at my door any day now”. After a substantial wait, however, I received an email from the company telling me to ignore all previous emails which were computer generated and incorrect. The product had not been shipped at all. At some point, the company told me again that the product had shipped and would arrive at my door “any day”. After four requests, they provided me a tracking number, but using that tracking number provided absolutely no information on the status of my ring. So I contact Sateur’s shipping company to inquire. They told me they had never received the item from Sateur and so they were unable to provide me any further information. After nearly a month, I still have not received the ring, even though I paid extra for expedited shipping. It is my firm belief Sateur does not actually manufacture or distribute its products from its purported United States headquarters in Mesa Arizona. Instead, it imports costume jewelry from China and is not in control of the delivery process. All its talk about quality control in house is a fabrication designed to disguise the fact that deliveries may be delayed due to supply chain issues with China. Nothing the company has represented to me has turned out to be true, and all of it has turned out to be false. My advice is to not deal with this company unless you have unlimited time and patience and no need to receive your product on a timely basis. I cannot tell you about the quality of what they sell, because I have never actually received anything from them despite having paid for a ring and expedited shipping a month ago.
