I still have not received order . Order number 57075 .

Almost immediately the gold started wearing off. Two days later and bottom of the ring is now silver. I reached out to Satéur, who advised it wasn't covered due to environmental factors. Part of their list in factors not covered was water. Then they wanted me to buy another Ring!! Don't buy from this company, this is a Scam!!

While the earrings I received weren’t that bad…. the stone was sparkly, but unfortunately, the setting was very cheap looking and made the entire product look fake, the return process is why I’m writing this review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE A HASSLE FREE RETURN POLICY, BUT THEY ABSOLUTELY DO NOT. I I’M BEING ASKED TO PAY A $20 RESTOCKING FEE IN ADDITION TO A $10 CHARGE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS AND THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY. I WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY A CARRIER TO SHIP IT BACK OUT OF MY OWN POCKET SO MY ORIGINAL COST OF THE ITEM WAS $130. I’VE ALREADY LOST A $30 WITHOUT THE SHIPPING. I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVE TO BE LIABLE FOR $50 POTENTIALLY FOR A PAIR OF EARRINGS THAT I KNEW ON THE FIRST DAY I SAW THEM WOULDN’T BE SUITABLE AS A GIFT TO MY DAUGHTER. Great ring and quick delivery… beautiful ring

Paid for express shipping. It took forever to arrive, well outside of the stated time. Ring showed up with fingerprints all over it and now the stone is loose. This company is a sham that has a great marketing team. Thouroughly dissapointed.

The craftsmanship of my ring is so beautiful. It sparkles more than my real diamond including my colored ones. I get told that it’s a real diamond and I tell them no it’s not. I just love it and will definitely be buying more. Best gift my husband ever bought me. It was an anniversary present. Thank you so much.

I ordered a beautiful necklace and earrings. I had never ordered from Sateur before. Both pieces were beautiful! Wonderful colour and sparkle! Unfortunately, I had a problem with the chain on the necklace. I contacted their support and they rectified the problem immediately! That says a lot about a company when they go above and beyond to keep customers happy. I will definitely order again!

Great experience, great product. Wife loved the present. Was a little worry since it was my first purchase but it delivers all it was promised. Shipping took longer than planned but nothing that holds against it
