I ordered for my wife birthday from this sham/company on 11/25/23. The order got canceled, a hour later saying that my local florist wasn't able to fulfill my order. This scam/company sent me a email saying that I would be refunded for my order within 2days. I called them 5x about my refund This is 12/7/23 and I as of yet to receive my refund... I wish I read the reviews In the beginning and I could give zero stars

David hiii You rodered 2 different bouquets and so it caused confusion with our customer service manager doing the refund. We always issue refunds and if you read here you will see all customers were already refunded but in your case we got mixed up. Your money will show in your accouınt tomorrow as I solved this issue.
