Ripoff FTD flower shop!!
Ripoff site!!! Ordered flowers for my Mom’s birthday and she never got them. Order number shows refunded but no refund. Dec 5th and still no refund!

Hello Clark, The sunflowers were not available by any of our partner florists and they were a crucial part of what you wanted. We cancelled your order same day to give a chance to maybe find them somewhere else, although highly unlikely because we tried so hard to find them for you. By the time you wrote this review your money was already back into your account and so please go look for your refund. I looked at our bank account and I see you were refunded immediately. Would you also please update this review as our refund was timely amd we really tried so hard to provide you with what you wanted but it was impossible. Thank you very much and looking forward to hearing from you.

SCAM This is a call Center based in India They steal money Same story as all the other people They cancel the order They do not refund anything They are thieves ! No refunds Just excuses !! Scumbags !!!

Hello, First, Id like to say that we do thousands of sales and so 10 reviews on Trustpilot is not reflective of the amazing service we provided to so many customers across America. Also, you were refunded immediately the same day of your cancellation and I have verified with our bank that the funds are back so please look for your refund. Id like to also respectfully say that this review is written in only 4 days after your purchase and you have not considered that the day of your purchase was a Friday and the banks are closed. You were actually refunded within the same business day. It was impossible to send the dozen red roses so late and believe me we tried really hard for you! We are deeply sorry for the non delivery but none of our local florist partners could get out there so late. We want to thank you for your understanding and appreciate that you gave us a chance to try this delivery for you. Thanks so muchhh

Don’t give them your money
This is a scam!! I repeat, do not order s*** from here, these dummies take your money and turn around and cancel the s***, saying the same bullcrap you are going to receive a refund in 2 days and literally nothing with they bogus ass email!!! Stupid ass people!!!

Scam - Buyer Beware
Scam, like all others say. They will take your money, tell you the local florist couldn't accept your order and that your order is cancelled. They then tell you they have processed your refund, which is also a lie. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

I'm wondering if maybe you made a mistake about who you ordered from? If you're sure you ordered from us, could you please tell me the last four digits of the card you placed your order?

Hii Kathleen, We refunded back into your account your money the same day you placed the order. Our partner florist could not create the exact arrangement you purchased because they did not have the mug that goes with the flowers. Actually, we could not find that mug from any other florist. I looked at our bank account and saw that you have received the refund. Please check your credit card statement as I am 100% sure you have the funds. I would be really happy if you could update your review after you have confirmed you received your refund. We tried our best to get what you wanted and we hope we can try again for you in the neat future!!! Thanks youu

Literally, the same issue as stated in all these other reviews. I placed an order on October 27th, received an email later that day stating the order was cancelled because the florist could not complete the delivery and was promised a refund within two business days or sooner. I followed up twice inquiring about where my refund was and requested an update/explanation as to why I hadn't received it yet. Each time, I received the same nonsense explanation, "don't worry, we're working on it, I promise we are resolving this." Eight business days later, I still don't have a refund and have to go to my bank to fill out paperwork to resolve this myself. This whole experience has been a complete waste of my time and I'm sad I chose to order from them in the first place.

The local florist partner we work with was unable to create the exact arrangement you requested on time for same day delivery. This company only scams people out of money. They said my order was cancelled and that I would get my money back. I never received my money. They are scammers 100% DONT LEY THEM TRICK YOU OUT KF YOUR MONEY
