Hello Cathy You have received your refund my dear I can clearly see it on my side. Would you please look again? Also Id like to let you know that bear and chocolates were not available and so we had to issue a refund because these items were very important part of your order. Last Id like to say to you that part of our amazing service is to NOT take orders with substitutions for similar items and so we simply refund when we cannot do the best for our customers. We send thousands of orders and of course you can see here only a few reviews mostly from customers that are falsely panicked or the ones that simply make a mistake in locating their refund. Because of the so few bad reviews customers mistake us for a small business but we have an excellent record. We wish for you to come back one day so we can do better and we are so sorry we could not find the chocolates and Teddy!

Hello You were refunded immediately. You ordered on a thursday and the funds were back into your account on Monday. Please dont forget that banks dont work on the weekends. We could not have possibly have refunded you any sooner than that. Would you please upgrade your review based on this quick refund? Also your order was impossible to fulfill by any of our partner florists because the purple colors were not available changing the bouquet completely and so we chose to refund you rather than to send something you would not like. Thanks so much and pelase note again we tried our best for youuu

Hi Alexandra! So I looked and you were already refunded so please take a look at your account. To let you know we could not find the orange roses you wanted although we tried really hard! Also, you may see on here a few reviews but we are a nationwide company with thousands of sales with an amazing reputation. Sometimes customers look on here and they panic for no reason at all. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you... Thanks so much!

I personally looked into it and I am sure the funds are back in your account so if you can update your review we would appreciate it! The pink roses were not available until the day after and so we emailed and called you to let you know. Just wanted to let you know the reason for the refund. Thanks so muchhh

Hello Dwanique, Please keep in mind that we send out thousands of orders weekly so 15 reviews on here are actually an indication of our hard work and honesty. Thanks for confirming that the refund was actually given to you and I have reviewed why delivery could not be made: the orange flowers were not available by the local florist. We do not have a substitution policy like other online florists so that our customers do not receive something they did not pay for. Actually, what sets us apart from other online flower delivery services and the reason for so many fewer complaints than our competitors is that we do not have a substitution policy to allow customers to perhaps search elsewhere for what they want. Generally, we issue refunds same day. I am happy you have received your refund and we do have a 100% Refund Policy for all our customers. We do our best to get what our customers want and if we cannot do it then we refund their money. I think people see a few reviews here and they do not understand that we service thousands of people daily so our track record is impeccable and we work really hard to maintain this. I am so sorry we could not get the orange roses for you as it was impossible.
